无刷直流电动机模糊PI控制系统的研究

【摘要】 永磁无刷直流电动机控制系统是一种新型的调速系统。该系统具有良好的运行、控制及经济性能,显示出巨大的发展潜力。尤其值得指出的是,我国稀土资源丰富,稀土磁钢生产已达到国际先进水平,如果充分利用和发挥我国在这方面的优势,大力发展稀土永磁电机,形成无刷直流电动机系列产品,将对提高我国机电产品在国际市场的竞争力,具有战略意义。本文正是基于这一考虑,对无刷直流电动机的控制技术与控制方法进行研究。本文在对永磁无刷直流电动机调速系统的发展及应用综述的基础上,介绍了采用DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A对无刷直流电动机进行换向与转速控制的微机控制系统。文中,分析了无刷直流电动机的工作原理和数学模型,给出了无刷直流电动机的仿真模型。并且在前人提出的驱动电路和控制电路的设计策略的基础上将模糊控制与PI控制两者结合起来,提出了一种基于DSP的无刷直流电动机模糊PI控制系统,扬长避短,使无刷直流电动机的控制系统既具有模糊控制灵活而适应性强的优点,又具有PI控制精度高的特点,能明显改善系统的静态和动态性能,有较好的控制效果,最终给出了仿真结果和实验结果。同时介绍了永磁无刷直流电动机常用的PWM调制方式,分析了调制方式对电枢电流和电磁转矩的影响,总结了关于无刷直流电动机PWM调制方式的研究成果,同时对各种调制方式的优缺点进行了讨论,通过仿真实验研究验证了上述内容。

【Abstract】 The brushless DC motor(BLDCM) control system is a novel speed-variable system. It offers excellent characteristics of operation, control and economy, and shows great developing potentiality. Furthermore, our country has rich rare-earth resources, and manufacture of rare-earth magnet steels has already reach international standards. It has strategic significance that the competitive power of our country’s mechanical and electrical products will be enhanced in international markets, if making full benefit of and giving full play to our advantages in this field, and developing rare-earth permanent-magnet motors to form a series of products of BLDCM. In view of above-mentioned reasons, this thesis makes a detailed study on the control technology and methods to BLDCM.On the basis of the summary for the development and application of permanent magnet BLDCM speed-variable system, this thesis introduces a control system, which uses DSP TMS320LF2407A to control the commutation and speed of BLDCM . The fuzzy PI hybrid control scheme is applied, and a novel fuzzy PI intelligent method is proposed to control the speed servo system. The simulation results show that it works well with high dynamic and static performance owing to its advantage in quick response and good robustness. PWM modes used in the BLDCM control system are introduced, and different effect of the armature current with the PWM modes are analyzed. The recently research results for PWM modes of the BLDCM are summarized. At the same time,by discussing the advantages and the disadvantages of the different PWM modes,and the simulation results can prove the conclusion above.
