【摘要】 组织结构始终是企业组织研究及管理学研究的重点，是组织理论家和实际管理者研究与考虑的基本对象。良好的组织结构是企业建立持久性竞争优势的一个重要环节。20世纪后半叶特别是90年代以来，信息技术的广泛应用使企业进入到一个充满机遇与挑战的时代。企业面临的最大挑战是环境的不确定性变得越来越强。而组织结构由于“惰性”没有进行相应的变革，这使得企业对环境的适应性降低。企业信息化是为了提高企业整体经营水平而将信息技术与先进的管理思想和方法综合运用的过程，是企业在信息经济时代下提高竞争力的重要手段。企业信息化不仅仅是信息技术的应用，而且是一场深刻的组织变革。 本论文以企业信息化过程中组织结构的适应性问题为研究对象，从企业信息化对组织结构的影响和组织结构设计如何适应企业信息化需要两个方面探讨了二者之间相互影响、相互适应的关系。 在针对企业信息化对组织结构影响的研究中，论文首先对企业信息化与组织结构相关理论进行综述；然后本文分析了影响组织结构的各种因素，指出知识的分布与积累、环境、战略、规模四个因素是影响组织结构的主要因素，其他因素受到这四个因素的制约或者与之具有一定的相关性；接下来在此基础上，构建了企业信息化与组织结构的关系模型，指出论文主要侧重于研究企业信息化通过对影响组织结构因素的作用使组织结构发生变化，从而最终增强企业的竞争力；最后分别论述了企业信息化对各因素的影响以及组织结构相应发生的变化。 通过对企业信息化对组织结构影响的研究，得出以下主要结论： (1) 企业信息化的核心过程是信息增值过程，企业信息化在实施过程中涉及到组织流程、组织结构等一系列的变革，是一项系统工程。 (2) 知识的分布与积累、环境、战略、规模四个因素是影响组织结构的主要因素，其中知识的分布与积累是组织结构变化的内在要求，组织环境是组织结构变化的外部动力，组织战略是组织环境与组织结构之间的桥梁，组织规模对组织结构的复杂性和集权化程度有很大影响。 (3) 在企业信息化的作用下，知识在企业中趋于合理分布同时得到快速积累；企业信息化使组织环境的高度不确定性对组织结构的伤害减小；企业信息化不仅有利于组织战略的制定，而且有助于战略的实施：企业信息化一定程度上弱化了组织规模对企业成长的限制。 总之，企业信息化是一个从低级走向高级的动态发展过程。在企业信息化的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The enterprise organizational structure is the point that the business enterprise organization research and managements learns the research always. The good organization structure is an important link that the business enterprise establishment holds out long-time competitive advantage. Since 20 half after centuries, especially 90’s, enterprise enter an ages filled with the opportunity and challenge because information technology(IT) is used extensively. The biggest challenge that enterprise face is that environmental uncertainty becomes stronger. But organizational structure because of "sloth" did not carry on the homologous change. It makes adaptability of enterprise lower. Enterprise information not only is an application of IT, but also is a deep organizational change.This dissertation deals with adaptability issues of organizational structure in enterprise informatization. It probes into the relationship of mutual influence and mutual adaptability of the influence of enterprise informatization on organizational structure and the way for organizational design to meet the needs of enterprise informatization.The thesis carrys on the overview with related theories of organizational structures and enterprise first. Second, this text analyzes various factors of the influence on organizational structure, pointing out that distribution and accumulation of knowledge、 organizational environment、 organizational strategy and organizational scale is the four main factor that affects the organization structure and that other factors is under supervision of these four factors or related with the factors in some degree. Third, the relation model of enterprise informatization with organizational structure is set up on the foundation, pointing out that the thesis lay particular emphasis on the research of enterprise informatization pass to organize the structure factor to the influence of function make organize the structure occurrence variety, the competition ability of the thus end to build up business enterprise. Finally, the thesis discusses the influence of enterprise informatization on each factors and change of organizational structure respectively.The main conclusion:(1) The core process of enterprise informatization is the process of information increased in value.
