高精度自动跟踪对准系统建模方法研究

【摘要】 多轴自稳定卫星激光通讯高精度自动跟踪对准系统作为现代光通讯技术的重要平台,不仅需要具有承载和保持姿态角稳定的功能,而且更为重要的是隔离系统外部各种振动和干扰向所承载系统的传递,增加所载系统的工作稳定性;并且还要保证载体在轨迹下运动突然加减速、转弯等工况下,载体始终保持在合适的跟踪位置,使跟踪的目标跟踪更加精确,信号的收发过程中的误差减少。因此设计性能优良的自稳定平台装置具有重要的意义。 本文在分析了目前使用较普遍的陀螺稳定平台性能的基础上,建立了稳定平台框架结构设计的力学模型,该模型充分考虑了自稳定平台台体的运动半径、质量、体积的分布等情况对静、动特性的影响,对不同材料和结构对稳定平台的影响进行了理论分析,并对重点研究的两轴陀螺稳定平台的具体实现方案、重要测量器件的标定过程和评价标准进行了深入的研究。基于上述工作,建立了稳定平台的初步设计模型。本文的主要研究工作和特色如下: 1.按照设计要求,建立了结构简单、力学性能良好的实验平台的模型,提出了重要零部件的选择准则。 2.建立了自稳定平台主要零部件的有限元模型,分析了模型中各主要零部件刚度和系统整体的固有频率,在模型分析的基础上,对稳定平台零部件进行了优化设计。 3.提出并设计了一种较简便的光学标定实验方法,明确了标定的具体过程和步骤,并且验证了实验方法的可靠性。 希望本文对自稳定平台的设计研究能起到一定的积极作用。
【Abstract】 APT System of Mult-Axis Self-stabilization high precise Satellite Laser Communication is a very important platform for modern communication. Not only could support and keep gesture, but the more import to close off vibrations or interfering from transferring to system, enhancing the stability of system. It also keep the all right gesture when the carrier is in orbit, accelerating or decelerating or swerving suddenly. It makes the progress of tracing more precise, and reduce fault rate. So, it’s significative to design a excellent Self-stabilization platform.In this paper, statics model of Self-stabilization framework is built on the base of analyzing the popular used Self-stabilization Peg-top. The fact of infection of Self-stabilization adequately is considered, such as radius, mass and volume. Some academic analysis, such as material and structure, about the infection to Self-stabilization platform is taken. The Two-Axis platform and important measure sensor’s calibration are researched carefully. Build a primary designing model on the base of so much work above. Something about the main research work and feature of the paper as follow:1. Build a model of experimental Self-stabilization platform according to therequest of designing, which has a simple structure and excellent performance of mechanics. Claim the standard of choosing the important parts.2. Build finite element analysis model of the important parts in the Self-stabilization platform, and analyze the rigidity of main parts and intrinsic frequency of the whole system. On the base of analyzing of model, optimize the structural parameters of the important parts.3. Design a simpler method of Camera calibration, which establishs the material progress of calibration, and validate the dependability of the method.
