【摘要】 股指期货是一种以股票指数为标的物的金融期货合约。就规避股票市场系统性风险来说，股指期货发挥着独到的作用。本文针对我国目前还没有开展股指期货交易，而证券市场的发展却迫切需要推出股指期货以规避股市风险的现实，对股指期货在我国的发展问题进行研究。文章共分四个部分：第一部分，绪论。主要论述国内外与股指期货相关的背景、国内对股指期货的研究情况，以及对这一问题进行研究的理论与实际意义。第二部分，简要介绍了有关股指期货的基本知识。第三和第四部分是本文重点论述的内容。第三部分，对我国开展股指期货的必要性和可行性进行分析，是本文的立论所在。必要性方面，从规避证券市场系统性风险的需求、机构投资者的培育与发展、活跃股票市场、完善我国金融市场的功能与体系等角度，说明我国现阶段推出股指期货交易有很大的必要性。可行性方面，从股票现货市场的规模、机构投资者发展的状况、市场监管体系以及市场硬件发展条件等方面分析，我国已经具备了开展股指期货交易的基本条件，但仍存在一些市场发展方面的障碍。在此基础上，提出解决这些障碍及现阶段推出股指期货的应采取的步骤的对策和建议。第四部分，借鉴国际经验，对未来我国股指期货市场的规划与建设，从标的指数的选择设计、交易所的选择、合约设计、运行机制以及风险监管等方面进行论述，为确保股指期货的成功上市和规范运作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stock index futures is a kind of financial futures contract which taking stock index as subject matter. On the part of evading stock market’s systematic risk, stock index futures play an original role. Aiming at the situation that stock index futures hasn’t been developed yet in China , whereas the development of stock market urgently needs to develop the stock index futures for evading stock market’s risk ,this thesis carry out a study about the development issue of stock index futures in China. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly elaborates the background in domestic and foreign countries correlation with the stock index futures, the research situation about stock index futures in domestic, and the theoretical and practical significance the study will give. The second part briefly introduces the elementary knowledge related stock index futures. Third and the fourth part is the key elaboration content in this thesis. The third part analyses the necessity and feasibility in China to develops the stock index futures, it is the main argument this thesis holding.
