成套电器行业信息化集成系统(EIIS)研究

【摘要】 利用现代信息技术改造和提升现有制造模式是符合我国制造业国情的一条发展之路。企业信息化集成系统(Enterprise Information Integrated System,EIIS)理论正是应这种要求而产生的,它可以将企业内、外部的各种资源进行充分利用和优化管理。成套电器行业是典型的按订单设计和生产的离散型制造业,其生产组织最突出的特点就是按项目进行管理,因此成套电器行业实施EIIS要以满足行业特殊需求为目的,在信息共享的基础上实现各个应用子系统间的协同工作,达到业务上的应用集成。 本文对成套电器行业EIIS的集成架构及其关键环节——ERP和PDM的业务集成进行研究,论文的主要工作如下: (1)提出了基于ERP的平台式集成架构——TiEIIS架构。传统的基于ERP的集成模式易于实现,但是缺乏扩展性;基于平台的集成模式功能强大且具有高度扩展性,但是实施成本昂贵。本文提出的TiEIIS架构融合两者的优点,并弥补了两者的不足,能够实现不同功能的应用系统之间的交互与互操作。 (2)解决了ERP和PDM集成中的关键问题。借鉴工业工程(IE)中的WBS(工作分解结构)管理思想,提出了基于WBS的主生产计划管理设计方案;引入虚件技术,提出了并行设计后的BOM合并算法。通过ERP和PDM的业务集成,使设计部门的相关工作同步纳入到整个管理系统内,实现成套电器行业整个产品生命周期的质量提升。 (3)将上述架构和技术应用到长江电器EIIS的开发中,设计了基于统一编码管理平台、以ERP为基础的集成系统架构,具体对架构中ERP和PDM的集成环节进行设计与实现,包括基于WBS的设计任务分解、设计BOM的生成与传递、并行设计后的BOM合并等。
【Abstract】 According to the civil situation, it is the trend for the manufacturing in China to rebuild and upgrade current pattern of manufacturing with modern information technology. The theory of Enterprise Information Integrated System (EIIS) emerges as the times require, which makes the best use of interior and exterior resources of these companies. Electrical equipment industry is a typical discrete manufacturing, whose design and manufacture are based on order form , and whose distinct characteristic on production is item-based management. So, electrical equipment industry EIIS should satisfy especial industrial requirement and achieve cooperation between various application subsystems, which is based on information share. The EIIS should achieve business application integration.This paper gives particular research on integrated framework of EIIS and its keyproblem--business integration between ERP and PDM. The highlights and maincontributions of the paper include:(1) This paper presents TiEIIS framework which is built on a platform and is based upon ERP. Traditional integration structure based on ERP is realizable but poor in expansibility. Another integration structure based on platforms has powerful function and expansibility, but its implement cost is exorbitant. The TiEIIS framework presented in this paper keeps the two structures’ characteristics and complements their deficiency, which achieves mutual operation between application subsystems with different functions.(2) The key problems about the integration between ERP and PDM are solved in this paper. The file uses WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) which comes from Industry Engineering (IE) for reference, then it presents a project about MPS (Master Production Schedule) management which is based on WBS. This paper also introduces vaporware technology, and presents arithmetic to unite BOM after parallel design. Generally, because of the business integration between ERP and PDM, interrelated works of all designers will be involved in the whole management system synchronously, and the quality of electrical equipment industry’s whole lifecycle will be improved.
