涡壳式泵体强度计算应用程序开发与应用

【摘要】 当前,CAD技术已经取得了蓬勃的发展,广泛应用于国民经济的各行各业,各种行业CAD软件应运而生。在这场CAD技术革命中,泵作为流体机械的一个重要部分,从设计理念到设计方法直至最后的生产应用都有了很大的提高。 零件强度计算与校核是水泵设计的一个必不可少的环节,涡壳式泵体作为水泵的重要零件之一,其设计的好坏直接关系着整机的性能与寿命。随着CAD技术在水泵行业中的广泛应用,传统的强度校核方法在精度、效率等方面已远远满足不了生产的要求。 本文正是基于这样的技术背景,尝试在Visual C++开发平台上,利用ObjectARX等开发工具,开发出一个界面直观、运行稳定、操作简便的涡壳强度校核应用程序,不但能大幅度提高涡壳强度计算的效率,而且可以提高涡壳设计的精度。 本文的主要工作有: 简要介绍了当前国内外泵CAD的研究现状,指出了存在的问题,剖析了本课题的依据和意义;重点探讨了涡壳式泵体强度计算与校核的理论基础,并对开发涡壳强度校核ObjectARX应用程序的开发平台、开发工具以及几个关键技术进行了详细阐述和分析;结合实例首次开发成功了涡壳式泵体强度校核ObjectARX应用程序,运行结果表明效果良好,具有较好的推广应用前景。 程序界面友好、操作简单,并和支撑软件具有良好的兼容性,为程序的扩充、代码移植以及商业化打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 At present, the Computer Aided Design has been developing deeply and vigorously, putting practice into various fields of social production broadly, and lots of CAD software with the strong characteristics of the speciality have been coming forth, In the renovation of CAD, pumps, as a main part of fluid machinery, attain great enhancement from design theory, design means to production.Strength calculation and checking of parts is necessary in the design of pumps. As one of the most important parts of a pump, the design of volute case has great effect on performance and lifespan of complete machines. With CAD put practice into pumps industry extensively, conventional methods of strength checking could hardly meet the demands in design precision and efficiency.Based on this background of technology, this paper tries to develop a program of strength calculation and checking of volute case on the ObjectARX 3.0 and Windows platform using Visual C++ 6.0. This program can improve greatly not only the design efficiency but also the design precision of calculation and checking of volute case.The main research contents of this paper are below:The present situations of pump CAD at home and abroad are summarized, and the existing questions are pointed out. The meanings and basis of the subject are analysed, and the theory of strength calculation and checking of volute case are explored and discussed deeply. The development platform and tools and several key technologies are described and analysed in detail. This paper has successfully developed the software of strength calculation and checking of volute case for the first time, which can be installed itself. The running results of the program are accurate, so the program has great prospects in application.This program has lots of advantages, such as friendly interface, operating simply and so on. It is also compatible with the supporting software, which can provide fine foundation for expansion of the program, transplantation of the code and commercialization of software.
