小区中水回用工艺优选及分散式中水系统规划研究

【摘要】 我国是一个水资源匮乏的国家,近年来北方大中型城市水资源短缺问题日益严重,严重阻碍了经济的可持续发展。为了缓解城市用水的严峻形势,推行中水回用是解决水资源匮乏问题的有效手段,从而已成为世界节水方式的一大趋势。然而,中水回用工艺的选择一直是工程设计中的一个难题之一。为了解决长期困扰中水推广中的工艺优选问题,实现中水系统的优化配置,本文选择比较具有代表性的高校作为研究区域,探讨了中水工艺优选方法以及分散式中水系统的优化配置模型。通过实例应用证明,该方法有利于协调经济、技术与环境之间的关系,合理利用污水资源,为中水工程在该类区域的推广提供理论依据和实践指导;同时,也为同类地区的中水工程设计提供重要参考。论文通过对中水系统优化的研究,为中水工程的推广提供了有价值的工艺优选决策方法以及中水系统规划模式,主要得出以下结论:1.结合现有研究成果,在理论分析与专家咨询的基础上,提出较为完善的中水工艺评价指标体系,建立适用于中水工艺优选的递阶层次结构模型,并运用层次分析法确定了中水工艺评价指标体系中各指标的权重关系。2.探讨了中水工艺优选的专家辅助决策方法,并以北京林业大学学生公寓生活区为研究区域,通过中水处理链的分解与重组,从理论上实现了处理单元间的优化组合并产生了新的处理工艺。由此可见,该套工艺优选的专家辅助决策方法具备实际可操作性。3.通过对中水处理系统的简化和抽象,建立分散式小区中水系统规划模型,并用Lingo语言编写出用于模型求解的程序。4.以北京林业大学为研究区域,通过模型计算,得出该区域的中水系统规划方案与优化配置结果:年运行费用为55.59万元,制水成本为1.64元/ m 3,各用水区的中水供应量均达到了最大需水量。

【Abstract】 China is a country lacking water resources. In recent years, the water shortage in northern cities has increasingly become serious, especially in the big cities and the development of economy may be decelerated seriously because of water shortage. So, intermediate water reuse is an efficient way to solve the problem and adopted by lots of nations. However, the choice of intermediate water treatment process is one of the most difficult problems in engineering design. In this paper, in order to find the solution and realize the optimal process, the author studied the optimal method of intermediate water treatment process in Beijing Forestry University and the dispersed mode of intermediate water supply system planning, which can help to rationally use water resources and harmonize the relationship among economy, technology and environment. The research has provided reference to intermediate water projects in residential quarter as well as other similar area.The optimum of intermediate water supply system optimum has provided a valuable pattern for intermediate water supply projects and the major conclusions are as the following:(1) Based on the current research, a more perfect assessment indictors system of intermediate water treatment process and optimal structural model are established by means of theoretic analysis and consultation, and A weight system is established by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method.(2) The optimal method of intermediate water treatment process is set up and uses it to research the students’utility area in Beijing Forestry University. By means of separation and combining intermediate water treatment chain, the method realizes the combination of process unites theoretically and can create new process. Thus, it proofs that the method is carried through completely.(3) A mathematic model of optimum intermediate water supply system in residential quarter is established on the basis of the analysis of cost relation in each subsystem of the intermediate water supply system and a procedure used to solve the model is written by Lingo language.(4)The author chooses the Beijing forestry university as the research area and gets result: the annual working cost is 0.5559 million yuan, and the cost of producing one ton intermediate water is 1.64 yuan, and the demands for intermediate wate are satisfied.
