零传动滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴关键技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,“高速切削”、“高精度切削”、“硬齿面切削”、“干切削”等加工理论和加工工艺进入了齿轮加工领域,常规的数控机床难以满足这些需求,因此,需要将直接驱动技术应用于齿轮加工机床。本课题以应用最广的滚齿机为研究对象,以“零传动”功能部件为核心,对机床设计/制造中关键的理论和技术进行了深入系统的研究,研制成功一台基于零传动功能部件的高速、高精度滚齿机原型。直接驱动工件主轴是零传动滚齿机的核心功能部件,本文对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的关键设计和分析技术进行了系统深入的研究,具体包括,1.对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴所用力矩电机的选择进行了深入研究。研究包括对直流力矩电机、交流异步力矩电机和交流同步电机的性能特点的比较分析,还包括对无框架力矩电机和封闭式力矩电机这两种电机结构的特点、适用范围的比较分析。对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴动力学参数的设计技术进行研究,总结了零传动滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴动力参数的设计过程。2.对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴设计的关键技术进行了深入研究,结合滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的性能要求,完成了本课题研究的零传动滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的设计与分析。3.论述了主轴静刚度的研究方法。简述了有限元理论及其代表软件ANSYS的基本思想。建立滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的有限元模型,对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的静态特性进行研究,研究结果表明:轴承刚度,特别是前轴承刚度的提高有利于提高主轴静刚度;支承跨距对静刚度的影响不是单向的,也就是存在一个最佳跨距点使刚度最高,当实际跨距小于最佳跨距时,综合刚度的降低比实际跨距大于最佳跨距时要敏感得多。4.研究主轴的动刚度及其影响参数。建立了滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的有限元模型,验证了主轴良好的动态特性,并对滚齿机直接驱动工件主轴的动态特性进行研究。结果表明,主轴的固有频率会随着轴承刚度的提高而有所加强,但增幅不大。轴的通孔的孔径是主轴固有频率的主要影响因素,固有频率随着孔径的增大而提高。最后,总结了本文的研究工作,得出了一些有益的结论,提出了进一步研究设想。

【Abstract】 In recent years, some modern processing technologies such as“dry cutting", "high speed cutting", "high precision cutting", "hard gear cutting", etc. entered gear cutting filed, which caused traditional NC machine was difficult to meet the demands, so direct drive technology had become necessary for the gear cutting machine.Putting gear hobbing machine which was used widely as the object of study, and the direct drive functional part as the core, the key theories and technologies of the machine designing/manufacturing were studied deeply and systemically. Development of gear hobbing machine prototype based on direct-drive functional part, at high-speed and high-precision was succeed.Direct drive workpiece spindle was a core functional part for gear hobbing machine. The key technologies of direct drive workpiece spindle is studied deeply and systemically. Details of studies were as follows,1.Studied torque motors used by direct drive workpiece spindle. The study include not only the comparison among DC torque motor, AC asynchronous torque motor and AC synchronous torque motor, but also the comparison between frameless toque motor and housed toque motor. Studied design technologies for dynamics parameter of direct drive spindle. Summarized design process for dynamics parameter of direct drive workpiece spindle.2. The key design technologies of direct drive workpiece spindle were studied deeply. Design and analysis of direct drive workpiece spindle were accomplished,with the considering of performance require.3. Discussed methods for studying static characteristics of spindle. Discussed theory of FEM and basal idea of software ANSYS. Founded FEM modeling for structural analysis of direct drive workpiece spindle. Studied static characteristics of direct drive workpiece spindle. The result showed that the increase of stiffness for bearings, especially front bearing was good for the increase of stiffness for spindle. The influence that bearings span on stiffness for spindle was bidirectional. There was a best point for bearings span, which made the stiffness strongest. The stiffness would decreased much more when bearings span was under best point than beyond the best point.4. Studied dynamic stiffness for spindle and its influencing factor. Founded FEM
