基于多Agent的敏捷化智能制造执行系统的研究

【摘要】 全球化和信息化正在使制造环境发生质的变化。制造执行系统作为计划管理和底层设备控制的中间桥梁,是提高企业敏捷性和智能化的关键。本文以面向敏捷企业的智能制造执行系统为研究对象,采用多Agent技术作为系统的实现形式,对系统的多Agent组织结构、系统中多Agent间的通信和协作机制以及多Agent的基于事件和周期的动态调度策略等理论问题和关键技术进行了研究,针对可集成制造执行系统中最常见的资源冲突问题,提出了一种基于多Agent合作的冲突消解模型;在此基础上针对敏捷环境下传统的制造执行系统的不足,以烟草企业这类流程性工艺企业为背景,基于多代理技术,构建了一个基于多代理具有开放性、集成性、动态性、敏捷性和可互操作的敏捷制造智能执行系统,给出了一种通用的制造Agent结构模型及其工作流程;研究了制造执行系统与ERP系统与底层设备控制系统的集成机制,并实现了系统原型。

【Abstract】 Globalization and information development is changing the manufacturing environment. As the bridge connecting the planning and managing layer and the facility control layer, the Manufacturing Execution System is the key factor to raise an enterprise’s sensitivity. This dissertation focuses on the multi-agent based intelligent MES in agile manufacturing enterprise, its main theoretic issues and key technologies are multi- agent system (MAS), agent organization structure, agent communication and cooperation mechanism, the dynamic scheduling strategy based on the event-driven and period. In an attempt to tackle the most common resource conflict problem of I-MES, a conflict resolution model that is based on multi-agent cooperation is proposed. On the base of these, aiming at the disadvantage and drawbacks of the traditional Manufacturing Execution System in the agile environment, taking the flowing technology business such as tobacco business as the background, a Intelligent Manufacturing System that is open, integratable, dynamic, agile and operatable is established based on the multi-agent technologies. Meanwhile the general structure for manufacturing agent and the flow chart of the agent are described. The integration mechanism of the I-MES and ERP system and facility control system is discussed in this thesis, and realize the prototype of this system.
