不同蛋白质日粮对山羊体内氨基酸和小肽代谢影响的研究

【摘要】 本文利用消化道和血管插管技术,以四种常用蛋白质饲料-豆粕(A)、棉籽粕(B)、菜籽粕(C)、玉米酒糟(D)-作为蛋白源,对山羊进行饲养实验研究。主要探讨不同时间点下,不同蛋白质饲料在山羊瘤胃和十二指肠中的代谢情况,并与瘤胃左静脉、前肠系膜静脉的吸收联系起来,研究小肽和氨基酸以及与氮素代谢有关的氨氮、尿素氮和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)等的动态变化。本试验分为三部分,依次就不同蛋白日粮对山羊瘤胃和十二指肠内环境参数的影响,对瘤胃和十二指肠中氨基酸和小肽的影响,对瘤胃左侧静脉和肠系膜静脉中血液生化指标以及氨基酸与小肽吸收的影响进行研究。第一章不同蛋白日粮对山羊胃肠道内环境参数的影响1.瘤胃中,A、B、C和D四组的pH值为6.30、6.44、6.35、6.45,A、B组与D组差异显著(P<0.05),pH值都是在采食后迅速下降,采食后4小时左右降至最低点,然后开始上升。十二指肠中,A、B、C和D的pH值为2.43、2.40、2.09、2.25,A、B组与C、D组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。B组和C组pH值在采食后迅速上升,然后开始下降,大约在采食后4小时达到最小值,然后保持平衡;A则是在采食后2小时达最小值,然后上升;D则是采食后缓慢上升,大约在采食后2小时达最大值,然后持续降低。2.瘤胃中,A、B、C、D的氨氮浓度分别为11.63、12.08、9.02、9.38 mg/100ml。A组与C、D组氨氮平均值间分别存在极显著差异(P<0.01)和显著性差异(P<0.05);B组与C、D组间存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。十二指肠中,A、B、C、D的氨氮浓度分别为7.17、7.21、6.02、6.09 mg/100ml。A、B组与C、D组的氨氮平均值差异显著(P<0.05)。A、B组在采食后先上升,然后下降;C和D组则是采食后1小时内基本不变,然后缓慢上升。3.瘤胃中的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸都以A组最高,A组总VFA与C组差异显著
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied the effects of different protein sources(soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS) on several nutritional indices, amino acid and small peptides in the rumen and small intestine of goat by proximal duodenal T-shaped cannulae technique, and the absorption of the rumen left vein and mesenteric-drained viscera(MDV) by venous cateher technique in the different times.A serial of experiments in this article were conducted to investigate the dynamic changing rules of internal environment parameters in the rumen and duodenum, and the metabolize of amino acid and small peptides, some blood biochemical indices and the absorption of the rumen left vein and MDV.Chapter 1 Effects of different Protein Sources on internal environment parameters in the rumen and duodenum1. In the rumen, pH were 6.30,6.44,6.35 and 6.45 in soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS group respectively. pH in soybean meal group was lower than that in DDGS group significantly (P<0.05). pH decreased significantly after feed, and reached the lowest point 4h after feed. In the duodenum, pH were 2.43,2.40,2.09 and 2.25 respectively, soybean meal and cottonseed meal group were higher than rapeseed meal and DDGS group significantly (P<0.05).2. In the rumen, NH3-N concentration in soybean meal group was higher than that in rapeseed meal (P<0.01) and DDGS(P<0.05), cottonseed meal was higher than rapeseed meal and DDGS(P<0.01), and they all increased after feed, then decreased, but reached the highest point at different time. In the duodenum, NH3-N concentration in soybean meal and cottonseed meal group was higher than that in rapeseed meal and DDGS significantly (P<0.05). NH3-N concentration in soybean meal and cottonseed meal group increased after feed, then decreased, rapeseed meal and DDGS kept steadily after feed, then increased slowly 1h after feed.3.
