原木无卡轴旋切机自动控制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着木材资源日益减少和木材利用领域的不断扩展,各国相关大型公司纷纷投入大量人力物力用于木材加工新技术的研究。本文主要对胶合板加工中的旋切工序进行研究。在节约和环保的基本思想的指导下,原木旋切加工正向着更高的单板出板率、最小环境污染、更高的生产效率和更低的加工能耗的方向不断发展进步。 以此发展方向为基准,本文所要研究目标是:以较少的投入,改造完善现有设备,提高木材资源的利用率,提高加工效率,降低加工能耗。本文所要研究的内容是:原木无卡轴旋切机自动控制系统,它是一个完全抛弃原有机械式或开关量式的数字化系统。由一台高性能的嵌入式CPU作为核心控制器,完成旋切刀具进给量的精确控制,将原来用凸轮完成的工作交给了智能CPU完成,这大大提高了控制精度和木材利用率。 本文从无卡轴旋切机的旋切数学模型、系统控制软件和硬件三个方面详细阐述了系统的工作原理和实现方法。首先建立了旋切数学模型,得到了刀具进给速度与原木直径的对照表。其次以数学模型为基础,编写控制程序,并将程序分为应用层、设备层、驱动层,各层以硬件和控制流程为导向分类分状态编写,在主控CPU、外围芯片和驱动设备的配合下实现系统输入、显示、输出功能。最后,本系统的硬件被分为三大部分:控制核心板,刀具进给电机驱动设备,反馈测量设备。控制核心板是本系统的重点,它是旋切模型的工程载体,本文大部分内容围绕其展开。 本系统是一种全新的无卡轴旋切机控制系统的方案,它可作为现有设备改造的一条新途径。
【Abstract】 Timber is used widely in the field of wood manufacture recently as the decrease of wood resource. Many large companies are increasing the investment in the field of wood processing. This paper places the emphasis on the research in pleetling processing in plywood processing. Based on the saving and environment protection, log pleetling manufacture is developing with higher plywood board production rate, lower environmental contamination, higher production rate and lower energy consume.According to this development direction stated above, the goal of this paper is to ameliorate the equipment used before by lowing the investment and increasing the rate of wood resource utilization and production rate. The main content of this paper is to do research on log-core veneer lathe auto control system, which is a digital system and gets rid of original mechanical or switch system. Through using an embedded CPU as the central controller, this system can accomplish the original work that is finished by cam and control the motion of pleetling reamer precisely. This manipulator could change processing in running status. Accordingly it improves the control precision and utilization.This dissertation expatiates the working principle of the system and processing method from the following aspects of Log-Core Veneer Lathe: mathematic pleetling model, software and hardware. Firstly, it establishes the mathematic pleetling model, which obtains some important comparison sheets about the relationship between reamer motion speed and log diameter. Secondly, software in this system is programmed by using delamination theory and is divided into three levels: application level, equipment level and driver level. Based on these comparison sheets, I wrote the controlling program of the system, which can achieve the input, display and output of the system with the main controller, peripheral chip, and driver equipment. Thirdly, the hardware includes three parts: controlling board, reamer motion electromotor equipment and feedback measure equipment. The controlling board is the core of this system, which plays an important part in the pleetling model and is expatiated in detail.This dissertation is a new scheme in controlling system of Log-Core Veneer Lathe and is considered as a new method in equipment improvement.
