【摘要】 蜡梅是特产我国的名贵花木，拥有悠久的栽培历史。本文在全面调查南京地区蜡梅品种资源的基础上，对蜡梅品种进行了分类研究，对部分蜡梅品种进行了RAPD分子标记研究，旨在建立一个简单而实用的分类体系。主要研究结果如下： 1．对南京地区蜡梅品种进行了系统分类和整理，详细记载了各品种的形态特征，根据ICNCP对品种名称进行了修证，记载蜡梅品种62个(蜡梅品种42个，白花蜡梅品种18个、绿花蜡梅品种2个)，其中包括18个蜡梅新品种。 2．对南京地区38个蜡梅品种进行RAPD分析，RAPD分析聚类效果良好，与形态分类结果吻合；花色具有遗传基础，可以作为较高的分类标准。花期与内被片颜色这两个主要的形态学分类性状，未得到RAPD分析结果的支持。 3．对蜡梅品种分类原则和分类等级进行了探讨，蜡梅品种分类体系包括种系、品种群、品种。根据中外部花被片颜色将蜡梅品种分为三个品种群：蜡梅品种群(黄花蜡梅品种群)、白花蜡梅品种群、绿花蜡梅品种群。根据内被片颜色的不同将蜡梅品种群划分为：素心蜡梅、乔种蜡梅、红心蜡梅；白花蜡梅品种群划分为：白花素心、白花乔种、白花红心；绿花蜡梅品种群又划分为：绿花素心、绿花乔种。 最后，本文对蜡梅品种资源状况、品种分类研究及利用现状进行了总结，并提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wintersweet(Chimonanthus praecox Link),the special plant of China, is one of the famous and precious flower plants which have long cultural history. Based on the overall investigation of the cultivars resources of Wintersweet in Nanjing, the paper recorded the existing cultivars and presented cultivars morphological classification of Wintersweet. Some cultivars of Wintersweet in Nanjing are used in RAPD analysis, aiming at establishing a simple but practical cultivar classification system. The main results are summarized as follows:1.Wintersweet cultivars in Nanjing are comprehensively identified and revised with detailed description as well as verified scientific names. 62 cultivars are recognized, including 42 cultivars in Chimonanthus praecox Huanghua Group, 18 cultivars in Baihua Group and 2 cultivars in Lvhua Group(18 are new cultivars);2.38 cultivars of Wintersweet in Nanjing are used in RAPD analysis. The results of cluster analysis by RAPD are good, just the same as the result from morphology studies. The bloom color is of genetic stability, so it can be used as higher criteria of classification. However, the two main morphological characters of blooming time and the color of inside perianth are not supported by the results of RAPD analysis.3.The cultivar taxa (culta) of Wintersweet are proposed as consisting of cultivar system (originated species), cultivar groups (if needed) and cultivars based on approaches of principles and ranks for cultivar classification. Based on the different colors of outside perianth, Wintersweet cultivars are divided into 3 Groups: Huanghua Group, Baihua Group,Lvhua Group. Based on the different colors of inside perianth, the paper divided Huanghua Group into:Concolor,Intermedius, Patens; Baihua Group into: Baihua Concolor, Baihua Intermedius, Baihua Patens; Lvhua Group into:Lvhua Concolor, Lvhua Intermedius.Finally, the resources and classification of Wintersweet cultivars are concluded, the development and application of Wintersweet are introduced and some relevant suggestions are also given in this paper.更多还原
