苜蓿、统糠和稻草分别与啤酒糟混合发酵饲料品质研究

【摘要】 将啤酒糟分别与苜蓿、统糠和稻草按不同比例配制含水量为40%、50%、60%、70%(以下分别用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组表示)的四组发酵原料袋装发酵贮藏,分别在30、60、90、120d开袋取样进行感官评定,pH值、氨态氮、干物质、粗蛋白、中性和酸性洗涤纤维及有机酸含量分析,并且用尼龙袋法对发酵饲料进行了动态消失率测定,研究结果表明:1不同水分含量对发酵饲料品质有显著影响,感官评定中Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组明显优于第Ⅳ组;从pH值、有机酸和NH3-N/tN%来看,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的pH值和NH3-N/tN%均较低,乳酸均较高,乙酸、丙酸和丁酸虽差异显著,但其占总酸比例均较小,影响较小;从DM、CP、NDF和ADF来看,随着组别的依次升高,各组在相同时间的分解率也依次增高。2不同发酵时间的感官评定结果无明显差别;pH值、DM、CP、NDF和ADF随发酵时间延长均逐渐降低或减少;NH3-N/tN%、乳酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸均逐渐增加,但以乳酸占总酸比例最大。3用瘤胃尼龙袋法研究苜蓿、统糠和稻草与啤酒糟发酵饲料DM、OM和NDF的降解变化规律,结果一致表明,不同发酵天数的饲料在奶牛瘤胃中的DM、OM、NDF消失率随着时间的延长,消失率均呈上升的趋势,发酵处理的饲料此三个指标都显著高于未处理饲料,其中发酵120天的饲料效果最好。4消化性能的评定结果表明苜蓿与啤酒糟发酵饲料的瘤胃降解率优于统糠与啤酒糟发酵饲料的,稻草与啤酒糟发酵饲料的最差。
【Abstract】 Mixed ferment of BSG and alfalfa ,chaff,straw respectively with 40%,50%,60%,70% moisture in bagfor 30 ,60,90,120days,then,sensory assessing and NH3-N,pH value,DM,CP,NDF,ADF and lactic acid ,VFAwere analysed in it,and Nylon bag technology was used for the dynamic disappear rate measurements ofDM ,OM and NDF of mixed ferment feed.The results showed that:1 Effect of mixed ferment was influenced significantly by different moisture,Ⅰgroup ,Ⅱgroup andⅢgroup excel toⅣgroup obviously in sensory assessing; in pH value,organic acid and NH3-N/tN%, pHvalue were lower and lactic acid were higher inⅡandⅢgroup , acetic acid, propionc acid and butyricacid were significant, but their influence were smaller because content were very low.DM lossingrate ,degradation rate of CP and degradation rate of NDF and ADF concentrations showed trend of ordinalrise with ordinal rise of group.2 For different mixed ferment time, Sensory assessing was not different obviously;pH value,DM,CP,NDF,ADF content were all katabatic or decreasing with extending of mixed silage time; NH3-N/tN%and lactic acid ,acetic acid, propionc acid and butyric acid concentrations were increased gradually,butproportion of lactic acid was the most in total acids.3 Nylon bag technology was used for the dynamic disappear rate measurements of DM ,OM and NDFof mixed ferment feed.The results showed that:DM ,OM and NDF disappear rate of mixed ferment feed ofdifferent time showed trend of rise with extending of time in rumen of Holstein cows, ferment feed of 120days was the best ,the same degradability of un-fermented group was at the lowest lever.4 Effect of digestive performance showed that rumen degradation rate of alfalfa and BSG ferment feedwas the best, chaff was better, straw was the worse.
