基于Web Service的协同办公手写圈批系统及关键技术研究

【摘要】 电子政务工程是按照信息时代的要求采用信息化技术为政府的各方面管理和事务处理提供的一种数字化环境。协同办公系统是一个能充分适应现代化需求的政务数字化、自动化办公平台。Web Service技术实现了各部门之间的信息共享,XML语言的出现为信息格式和信息流转提供了统一的标准。基于Web Service的协同办公手写圈批系统是一个广泛应用于办公领域进行手写圈批和电子印章的ActiveX控件。论文结合我国协同办公的发展方向和目标提出了协同办公系统的总体框架解决方案,并对系统功能模块进行详细的设计,对协同办公手写圈批ActiveX控件进行了设计和实践。电子公文生成系统实现了msword、html、xml电子公文的格式到gov公文格式的转换。手写圈批子系统采用Bezier曲线拟合算法进行圈批线条优化,最后使用多点采样抗锯齿算法对圈批线条边缘进行抗锯齿处理,使签批具有类似纸质签批的效果。

【Abstract】 E-government provides a digital circumstance for management and transaction processing of the government by using information technology. CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work) system is a digital and automatic office platform completely adapted to modernization requirements. Information share among departments will be implemented by using Web Service technology. The emergence of XML provides a uniform standard for information format and information flow.CSCW handwriting script system based on web service is an ActiveX control, which is widely applied in many enterprises and government applications. This paper proposes the general framework solution of CSCW and the function module of system. At the same time the author designs and practices the ActiveX control. E-document subsystem achieves the function of converting the file format of MSword, html and xml into the format of gov. The handwriting script subsystem, which chooses Bezier curve algorithm for script optimization and adopts Super-Sampling anti-aliasing algorithm to optimize script line edge, thus it achieves the same effect as signature on papery document.
