【摘要】 随着高校课程建设的不断深入,校本课程开发已成为高校教育教学者们关注的重点。高等学校的校本课程开发既包含理论层面的研究,也包含实践层面的探索。高等学校的校本课程开发是一个持续的过程,一个渐进的、继承与革新并存的过程,这一过程将永无止境。本文对高等学校的校本课程开发问题的探讨,更多的是站在理论探讨的角度,对实践问题没有过多的涉及。文章从四个方面进行了研究,第一部分是从校本课程开发的基本概念入手,简要评析了校本课程与开发的涵义,探讨了校本课程开发术语的提出以及本文对校本课程开发的概念界定及其内容要点,同时指出了校本课程开发的三个核心理念。第二部分分析了校本课程开发的理论问题,主要有校本课程开发的提出背景,校本课程开发所涉及的因素,校本课程开发的动力机制,校本课程开发的模式和流程以及普通高校进行校本课程开发的意义。第三部分指出普通高校校本课程开发的现状,即:校本课程开发缺乏整体化、专业化;缺乏课程专家的指导;以学科开发为主,缺乏体系规划;缺乏对教学过程的开发。同时还指出普通高校进行校本课程开发所面临的挑战,即:教师缺乏课程开发能力;课程专家或课程工作者的缺位影响到校本课程开发的质量;某些国家课程的要求制约着校本课程开发的范围和力度;校本课程开发缺乏完善的支持系统和自律的校内评价机制。第四部分论述了普通高校校本课程开发的策略和模式,提出了普通高校要进行校本课程开发应实施以下策略:理论和思想的准备;师资校本培训;对学生需求进行分析;对校本课程资源、条件进行评估;典型引路,点面结合。同时提出了普通高校校本课程开发的操作流程,并对其进行了详细论述。综上所述,本文对普通高校校本课程开发的论述,主要还是集中在“是什么”和“应该怎么样”的层面上,对于理论、实践体系的具体构建虽然有所涉及,但其层次水平还很低,仍待今后进一步的深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the continuously go deep into of the course construction of the high school, this course is paid a focus attention by educationist of the higher education in the school’s development. This course in the school development of the university and college not only include the research of the theories level, also include the quest of practice level. The resolution of course of the university and college should be a process to keep on, a gradual, inheriting, reforming process, it is endless. This text to the study of the problem that the school course developing of the university and college more is the angle that inquiries into in the theories, it is still superficial to the study of actual problem.Article is carried on from four aspects in the research, the first part starts the basic concept of the school-based course developing, briefly analyze the general concept of the school-based course and the development, discuss the connotation of the school-based course development which the technical term put forward and the concept of the school-based course development that the text defined and its important content points, pointed out three core principles of the school-based course at the same time .The second part analyzed the theories problems of the school-based course development, mainly have the background of the school-based course development to put forward, the factors that the school-based course involves when developing, the motive mechanism of the school-based course development, the mode and processes that the school-based course development and the meaning of the school-based course development in high school .The third part points out the present condition of the school-based course development in high school, namely: the school-based course development in the high school lack whole turn and the profession turn; Lack the expert’s leading; With the course develop is lord, lack the system programming; Lack the development of the teaching process. Also point out the challenges that the school-based course development must pay a face with at the same time, namely: the teacher lacks abilities of the course development; The lacking of the experts or the workers of the course affect the quantity of the school-based course development; The request of the courses in some nations wears the scope and the strength of the school-based course development; the school-based course development lacks the perfect support system and autonomic mechanism.
