卧式平压模切机输纸及定位系统的分析与研究

【摘要】 在卧式平压模切机中,间歇机构和定位机构是两个关键机构,其工作性能直接影响和制约着模切机的作业性能。本文结合北京市教委基金项目“自动平压模切机稳定性与可靠性的研究”,应用运动学的相关理论对间歇机构进行了研究分析,利用牛顿理论建立了间歇机构动力学模型,通过振型叠加法进行了求解,并运用优化设计理论对从动件运动规律进行了优化设计;另外本文还应用刚体运动理论对前、后两个定位机构进行了分析及改进设计。具体内容如下:1.对间歇机构的廓线形成进行了分析,并编程计算了不同参数下、不同运动规律的各种平行分度凸轮的廓线数据;对制约廓线形成的几个条件进行了分析讨论;2.建立了考虑平行分度凸轮输入轴、输出轴刚度在内的二自由度动力学模型以及能够描述这个模型的动力学微分方程组,通过编程对这个微分方程组进行了数值求解,得出了理论响应曲线;3.在对不同运动规律、不同参数的系统加速度响应曲线进行了求解计算的基础上,通过绘制曲线图,对不同运动规律的优劣以及不同参数对系统的响应影响情况作了分析及比较;4.应用优化设计理论,以通用简谐梯形组合运动规律中的10个时间点作为变量,以加速度曲线在停歇期的残余振动大小为优化目标函数,以时间点的相互关系以及机构的性能参量为边界条件,对某型号模切机中的平行分度凸轮从动件运动规律进行了优化设计,结果表明:优化曲线使得理论上的残余振动大为降低;5.在对前定位原凸轮数据进行拟合计算的条件下,发现高速运行时前定位机构定位块与牙排轴的碰撞(追打)速度过大。在对凸轮应用新的运动规律之后,前定位机构的碰撞速度在理论上得到降低;6.为改善由三段圆弧构成的后定位凸轮(滑轨)在高速运动工况下,从动件产生冲击而导致定位误差有加大趋势的问题,对凸轮应用了新的运动规律,理论上的分析表明:后定位执行部分的运动状况得到明显改善。
【Abstract】 The periodic motion mechanism and positioning mechanism, whose performance could impact directly on the Die-cutting machine’s works, are two of the most important components in that machine. The paper is proceeded with a fund project of Beijing Municipal Education Commission named“The Research of Die-cutting Machine’s Stability and Reliability”. The motional theories were used in the research of the periodic motion mechanism; the model of periodic motion machine was established using Newton’s theory and the motional principle of the mechanism was optimized. The positioning mechanisms were redesigned after analysis of them using optimization design was done, and the result was good. The results were summarized as follows:1. The profiles of the periodic motion mechanism was analyzed, and the profiles of parallel indexing cam with different parameters and motional principles were got as well as the data; the conditions that impacted the profiles were realized and analyzed;2. A model that described the torsion stiffness of the input and the output shafts, these were two most important factors, was established; the equations describing the model were got as well as the resulting curves after computing them;3. The resulting curves describing acceleration of parallel indexing cams with different motional principles and different parameters were got; the analyses and comparisons of principles’and parameters’impacts on the resulting were done;4. The motional principle of the parallel indexing cam in a Die-cutting machine were optimized; ten times’points of a special principle were variables, and vibrations of the resulting curve of ceasing period were the targets, and the connection of variables and other performances were conditions. The optimized curve slowed down the vibration;5. The first positioning original motion curves were got after the cam was computed. The academic collision speed that was too high for precise positioning was lower afternew motional principle was used;6. The second positioning original cam was made up of three arcs that made positioning error in high speed increased. The academic condition was improved after cam’s surface’s using new motional principle.
