红外测温技术应用于变电站图像监控系统的研究

【摘要】 为了实现对电力设备热状态的远程、实时、在线的红外监测,本论文设计并开发了具有红外检测与图像监控功能的系统技术方案。从红外基本理论出发,构建了系统测温模型,着重分析了大气衰减对测温结果的影响,并完成了大气透射率的仿真计算,提出了温度修正算法以提高测温精度。根据电力系统的实际需求,论文选择了具有RS-485串口和激光瞄准方式的改进型红外测温仪、先进的远程图像监控系统,并将开发的红外测温功能与图像监控软件有效地结合起来。本系统可以在图像监控画面上选择特定的电力设备,对其进行远程红外测温,并将返回的温度值加以存储和分析,及时发现设备的故障信息。系统实现了对电力设备的可见光图像和热状态信息的远程、实时、在线监测。

【Abstract】 The technical scheme combined IR detection and video surveillance is designedand developed for realizing remote, real-time and on-line infrared monitoring of thepower equipment’s thermal information. Based on infrared theory, the temperaturemeasurement model is constructed, the influence of atmospheric transmittance isanalyzed and its simulation is completed, the temperature modification method isproposed to enhance the precision of temperature measurement. According to the actualdemand of power system, the improved infrared thermameter and the advanced videosurveillance system are adopt. The infrared thermameter has RS-485 serial interface andlaser-aiming system. The infrared temperature measurement function and the videosurvelliance function are effectively combined. By choosing the specific electricalequipement in the surveillance images, its temperature can be measured, stored andanalyzed in remote distance, and the fault information of the equipement can be found intime. This system realizes the remote, real-time, on-line monitoring of the powerequipment’s visible images and thermal information.
