锅炉金属壁温在线监测专家诊断系统研究

【摘要】 根据火电厂实现经济运行和生产管理的需要,在借鉴过程仿真和热力系统分析方法的基础上,开发了一套锅炉金属壁温在线监测专家诊断系统。该系统以一体化模型开发平台为基础,通过建立锅炉热力系统分析模型、受热面金属壁温计算模型和寿命分析模型,利用火电厂已有的管理信息系统采集机组运行数据,实现了受热面金属壁温和寿命的在线计算,并且应用专家知识对受热面金属超温进行诊断,在线分析造成受热面超温的各种原因,便于对锅炉受热面的安全性能进行研究。实践表明该系统不仅可在线监测受热面金属的实际运行状态,而且能根据各项性能分析合理指导运行,对提高电厂运行的经济性和安全性起到了重要作用。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements on the power plant running economy and theoperation management, Based on the process simulation and analysis method of thermalpower system, a set of tube wall temperature online monitoring expert diagnosissystem is designed. In the support of integrated modular modeling system, setting upboiler thermal analysis model,tube wall temperature calculating model and life-timeanalysis model, taking advantage of management information system of power plant togain the operating data, online calculate the tube wall temperature and life-time ofheating surface and use expert knowledge to diagnose overtemperature of heating surface,it is good for the study of safe performance of boiler heating surface. According to theapplication of the system, it can not only online monitor the running state of metaltemperature of heating surface in real time, but also reasonably do a favor to instructoperator based on all kinds of performance analysis, it plays an important function inimproving the operational economics and reliability.
