【摘要】 本文在对南沙河及其汇水范围内土地利用现状、水资源状况、水质污染状况、景观现状进行充分调查、分析评价的基础上,从排洪泄水、保护生物多样性、促进生态环境良性循环以及为都市居民提供近郊休闲娱乐空间等多种功能要求出发,将南沙河中游河段划分为稻香湖翠湖湿地保护区、上庄水上游乐景区和崔家窑河滨休闲景区三个功能区;提出了包括防洪、治污、蓄水、扩大湿地植物面积、园林造景、生态护岸、滨河路扩建在内的水环境综合整治方案;提出了在对城市近郊进行河道整治时在保障河道排洪泄水主体功能的同时如何尊重自然规律、以人为本,按照近自然的原则进行综合规划、治理,实现人与环境的和谐融洽,以营造人居和谐的社会环境;本文就南沙河中游各项生态整治内容进行了较详细的规划与设计,通过技术论证及投资估算和效益分析,表明南沙河综合整治方案在技术上、经济上是可行的,为其他类似的城市近郊河道的综合治理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of investigation, analysis and evaluation of land exploitation in present condition, water resource, water pollution and present landscapes, the paper divides the Nansha River’s midstream into three domains in consideration of several functions such as flood control, protection of biological diversity, at the same time promote virtuous cycle and offer the places of amusement for people, They are Daoxiang Lake-Cui Lake wetland sanctuary, Shangzhuang amusement park on river and Cuijiayao recreational area beside river;Besides, it brings up the Nansha River’s wholly regulation projection including flood control, managing pollution, accumulating water, extending the plant area of marsh, making landscapes, ecological protecting shores and extending the roads beside the river;and bring up how to respect the order of nature and based on human being, how to unified plan and treat, and build harmonious social environment of human habitat in according to the similar nature principle and makes detailed programming and design for each ecological management content. By means of the technique argument and investment investigation, it indicates that the project is feasible, and it can offer reference to the similar suburb strands of other cities.更多还原
