嵌入式电脑横机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文以研究嵌入式电脑横机控制系统为主要内容,分析国内外电脑横机技术现状及其发展趋势,介绍嵌入式技术在控制领域的应用与发展,提出采用嵌入式技术实现电脑横机控制系统。全文首先研究电脑横机的编织原理以及各控制部件的工作原理,对电脑横机进行系统分析,然后提出采用主从控制方式实现嵌入式电脑横机控制系统,构架控制系统的硬件方案,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统实现系统主控软件的设计,最后对嵌入式电脑横机控制系统进行测试和衣片编织。 第一章,阐述了本论文的研究背景及重要意义,详细介绍了国内外电脑横机的发展现状以及嵌入式技术的发展与应用,提出研究嵌入式电脑横机控制系统的重要性,概述了本文的研究内容。 第二章,介绍电脑横机工作原理和工艺要求。根据电脑横机编织工艺的要求,提出嵌入式电脑横机控制系统的总体构架。 第三章,系统分析嵌入式电脑横机的整个控制系统。对电脑横机机头运动控制与选针控制做重点分析,根据系统分析,提出嵌入式电脑横机的功能实现方案。 第四章,嵌入式电脑横机硬件设计。根据系统分析,提出主从控制方式,采用32位ARM芯片和群组单片机作为嵌入式电脑横机的主控制和从控制,实现各个功能模块的电路设计。 第五章,主从嵌入式电脑横机控制系统软件设计。阐述主从控制的软件实现方式以,以及主控各任务和从控各模块的程序实现方案,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ内核作为主控软件的操作系统,主从之间采用自定义指令通讯方式,通过8位数据总线实现并行通讯,从控接收主控发送的指令及数据,完成指令任务并反馈状态信息。 第六章,控制系统测试与可靠性分析。对本文研制的电脑横机控制系统进行实际衣片编织,并展示本系统编织的各种衣片组织,并针对控制系统测试过程中出现的问题以及测试结果提出可靠性分析及其重要性。 第七章,对本论文的研究工作和研究成果进行了总结,展望了未来的研究工作。
【Abstract】 The main research theme of this dissertation is the control system for the embedded computerized flat knitting machine (ECFKM). The current research situation and the development trend of the computerized flat knitting machine (CFKM) and the development and the application of the embedded technology in industry domain are introduced in detail. And the control system of the CFKM with the embedded technology is proposed. At first, the principle of control units of the CFKM is analyzed. And then, the principal and subordinate control mode is applied to the ECFKM control system, μC/OS-II is the operating system of the principal control. At last, the ECFKM control system is test and some sweater with the difference flower pattern is knitted.In chapter 1, the background and the significance of the research are stated. The development trend and the current research situation of the CFKM and the development and application of the embedded technology are introduced in detail. The main content of this dissertation is proposed.In chapter 2, the principle and the technics of the CFKM are introduced and the systems analysis of the ECFKM is proposed.In chapter 3, the control system of the ECFKM is analyzed in detail, and the control of the head’s position of the machine and the needle selection of the ECFKM is emphasized. The whole scheme of the ECFKM is proposed.In chapter 4, the hardware design of the ECFKM is expatiated, the principal and subordinate control mode is proposed and the principal is a 32-bit ARM and the subordinate control is a group of 8-bit singlechips. The hardware of the function modules is designed in detail in this chapter.In chapter 5, the software design of the ECFKM is expatiated. The realization of the principal and subordinate control software is expounded, μC/OS-II is the operation system of the principle control software. The communication between the principal control and the subordinate control is 8-bit parallel data bus with self-defined instructions. The subordinate control accepts the instruction sent by the principal control, implement the instruction and feed back the current state.In chapter 6, testing of the control of the ECFKM and the analysis of the Reliability is expatiated. Some sweater of the difference flower pattern is knitted with the ECFKM control system developed by this dissertation.In chapter 7, the study contents and conclusion of the dissertation have been summarized, and the further research works have been forecast.
