添加植酸酶对猪鸡生长性能、血清指标及饲粮养分消化利用率的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究植酸酶替代饲粮中不同比例的磷酸氢钙(DCP)对猪鸡生长性能、血清指标及饲粮养分消化利用率的影响。 试验一:饲养试验选用体重约30kg的杜×长×大三元杂生长猪96头,随机分成4个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复4头,公母比为1:1。A组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,B、C、D组的饲粮为分别以250、500、700U/kg的植酸酶取代基础饲粮中的40%、60%、80%的磷酸氢钙。饲养试验为期42d,结果表明:与对照组相比,B、C、D组的平均日增重分别提高了1.05%(P>0.05)、4.09%(P<0.05)、2.64%(P>0.05);耗料增重比(F/G)分别比对照组降低了2.18%、2.62%、1.75%;每kg增重的饲料成本分别是对照组的97.31%、96.98%和97.81%;血清中钙含量分别提高了4.22%(P>0.05)、4.22%(P>0.05)、8.12%(P<0.05);血清中磷含量分别提高了1.46%(P>0.05)、0.36%(P>0.05)、14.23%(P<0.05)。 试验二:选用8头20kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂去势公猪,随机分为4组,每组2头,饲粮处理与饲养试验一致,采用全收粪法进行两阶段的消化代谢试验。结果表明:与对照组相比,B、C、D组的蛋白质表观消化率分别提高了3.50%、2.45%、2.32%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋白质生物学价值分别提高了5.75%、6.29%、6.62%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);钙的表观消化率

【Abstract】 This study was concentrated to investigate the effects of phytase replaced different contents of DCP on the performance, nutrient utilization in corn-soybean meal diets for growing pigs and broilers.Experiment 1. 96 crossbred DurocxLandrace×Yorkshire (DLY) growing pigs about 30kg in body weight (BW) were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed corn-soybean diets. Each group with 6 repeats and each repeat had four pigs. Group A is control, group B, C or D are the test groups. The control diet was supplemented with 1.4% dicalcium phosphate. The test diets were the control diets in which dicalcium phosphate 40%, 60% or 80% was replaced with 250,500 or 700 phytase units per kilogram respectively. The results of 42-day feedy trial showed that comparing with group A , the average daily gain of group B, C or D increased by 1.05% (P>0.05), 4.09 % (P<0.05) or 2.64%(P>0.05) respectively; feed conversion ratio (F:G) decreased by 2.18% (P>0.05), 2.62% (P>0.05) or 1.75% (P>0.05)respectively. Feed Costs for body weight gain in group B, C or D were 97.31%, 96.98% or 97.81% of that for group A respectively; Calcium in serum increased by 4.22%(P>0.05), 4.22%(P>0.05), 8.12%(P<0.05); and
