【摘要】 从天然的植物中获得抗氧化的低毒高效经济药剂是世界开发保健食品和新药剂的重要研究方向，它避免了西药不去根、复发率高、作用环节单一、有不良反应等缺点。苦瓜具有治疗糖尿病，抗病毒，抗肿瘤等功效，因此预示着苦瓜具有某种抗氧化作用，而其抗氧化作用在国内外的研究较少，在国内外最新研究报道中，尚不能清晰明确的指出其有效成分。如果能将苦瓜中具有高活性的单一组分提取出来并鉴定其结构，无疑对于天然抗氧化剂的开发具有重要意义。本课题的主要研究内容及结果如下： 1、对苦瓜中抗氧化活性物质的提取条件进行研究，研究了乙醇对苦瓜的浸提效果，通过单因素试验确定合适的因素，确定其最佳条件为：500g新鲜苦瓜，用乙醇作溶剂，常温下在料液比分别为1：3的条件下浸提48h，分两次浸提。 2、以乙醇和水按不同比例混合对鲜苦瓜浸提的提取物的POV值测定结果比较表明40％乙醇为苦瓜抗氧化物的浸提剂。 3、根据试管预测实验结果，初步推断苦瓜的40％乙醇提取物的抗氧化有效成分主要为酚类和黄酮类物质，且依据苦瓜提取物多酚含量的多少与其抗氧化能力大小的关系，可以推断浸提物多酚含量的多少与其抗氧化能力的大小有相关关系。 4、为了更好地分离纯化抗氧化物质，从H103、AB-8、ADS-8、ADS-17、更多还原

【Abstract】 The antioxidized substances which is the low poisonous and highly effective economical medicament from the natural plant is so popular all of the world, they avoide the shortcoming of not eradicating,high rate relapse, affecting to be unitary, not having good responds and so on of the western medicine. The balsam pear treats diabetes, anti- virus, anti- tumor and so on, therefore indicating it has some kinds of anti- oxidation, but its anti- oxidation research is few in domestic and foreign, newest research in the domestic and foreign is reported that we still could not be clear of its effective component. If we can withdraw the high-activity component from Momordica charantia L. and appraise their structure that well be significance to development of the natural oxidation inhibitor. This topic main research content and result as follows:1、 The extracting result of the ethyl alcohol was studied on by the single factor we got the best extracting condition was: The 500g fresh balsam pear, extracting with the ethyl alcohol and under the normal temperature in the rate of material and fluid was 1: 3,soaks for 48 hours, divides two times.更多还原
