荔枝中三唑磷残留动态及有机磷杀虫剂多残留检测方法研究

【摘要】 本研究建立了三唑磷在荔枝及土壤中的残留分析方法。用丙酮提取,中性氧化铝和酸洗活性炭层析柱净化,二氯甲烷淋洗,GC-NPD检测,EI离子源质谱及保留时间对比定性。仪器最小检出量:6.5×10-11g,最低检出浓度:荔枝果皮为0.003mg/kg,果肉、土壤为0.001mg/kg。荔枝果皮中的平均回收率为89.3~93.0%,变异系数为3.0~8.6%,果肉中分别为86.4~93.4%和4.2~7.3%,在土壤则分别为90.4~95.9%和2.9~5.1%。 两年两地试验表明,三唑磷以500倍对荔枝喷施一次后,果肉、果皮及全果中原始沉积量分别为0.040~0.072mg/kg、4.050~4.766mg/kg和1.258~1.904mg/kg,半衰期分别为6.4~7.4d、6.7~9.1d和9.1~10.0d。果园土壤中原始沉积量为0.136~0.182mg/kg,半衰期6.8~8.1d。建议我国三唑磷在荔枝中的MRL值参照欧盟标准暂订为0.02mg/kg,20%三唑磷EC在荔枝座果期使用浓度为1000倍,最多用药3次,最后一次施药后距收获的安全间隔期为14d以上残留量低于此值。 本文采用GC、MS方法对荔枝中15种有机磷杀虫剂的多残留检测方法进行研究,依据保留时间和特征离子丰度比对农药进行确证。用两种检测器(NPD和FPD)和三种不同极性毛细管色谱柱(中等极性

【Abstract】 Triazophos residue in lichee and soil were extracted with acetone , cleaned up by passing through a aluminum oxide(neutral) active carbon column,eluted with dichloromethane,and determined by capillary gas chromatogramphy with NPD, were positively confirmed by MS-EI.The result showed that this method was sensitive and simple.The minimum amount of detection was 6.5×10-11g,and the minimum concentrateion of detection was 0.003mg/kg in the lichee skin and 0.001mg/kg in lichee pulp and soil,respectively.The average fortified recoveries of triazophos in lichee skin,pulp and soil were 89.3%—93.0%,86.4%93.4% and 90.4%95.9%,respectively.The coefficients of variation ranged from 2.9%8.6% for lichee and soil.Residual trial of lechee and soil were conducted in Guangxi and Guangdong.The result showed that under applied a dose of 500 times
