城市区域环境噪声在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 城市区域环境噪声监测是环境监测部门的一项常规测试工作,其目的是了解城市声环境质量的整体状况。城市区域环境噪声体系是一个复杂的噪声污染系统,涉及到大量环境信息,除了具有时间性和动态性的特点外,还具有明显的空间分布特点;因此,进行城市区域环境噪声监测必须采用强有力的计算机信息技术建立基于整个城市区域的噪声监测网络。本论文研究工作以北京市为例,结合北京市区域环境噪声在线监测系统的开发,对城市区域环境噪声在线监测的一系列问题进行了研究。本文对当前城市声环境状况以及城市区域噪声监测状况进行了分析,指出了存在的问题;本文介绍了地理信息系统技术、码分多址技术、数据库技术等相关计算机信息技术;阐述了采用计算机信息技术建立城市区域环境噪声在线监测系统的必要性和可行性;通过系统的调研、分析以及与国内外噪声监测系统的分析对比,确定了城市区域环境噪声在线监测系统的设计目标、设计原则、系统架构、系统的主要功能、系统的软硬件开发及运行环境等相关事项。本论文研究工作主要取得了以下几个方面的工作成果:利用MapGIS地理信息系统平台对北京市地图进行了数字化;选购了噪声监测终端,对其进行有效的改造,使其能够实现监测点噪声数据的采集、处理、存储以及基于CDMA lX网络数据的无线传输;利用SQL Server 2000建立了监测数据库;利用Visual Basic 6.0编程语言开发了城市区域环境噪声在线监测系统的服务器,实现了监测数据的24小时不间断传输、存储与管理;利用Visual Basic 6.0编程语言结合MapObjects GIS二次开发组件开发了城市区域环境噪声在线监测系统监测数据分析与管理信息系统,该系统实现了城市底图的放大、缩小、漫游、打印输出等基本功能,实现了监测数据的查询、分析以及报表输出功能,实现了城市全局区域和定义区域的监测网格和监测点位布设、城市全局区域和定义区域的噪声现状评价、城市全局区域和定义区域的噪声查询统计以及城市区域噪声功能区规划方面的专题制图功能,实现了噪声投诉受理、投诉现场监测信息管理以及投诉影响简单分析的功能,还实现了监测数据库、空间数据库管理和用户管理的功能,系

【Abstract】 Regional environmental noise monitoring of city is conventional testing work of environmental monitoring department, its objects is realizing integral status of city sound environment quality.Architecture of city regional environmental noise is a complex noise pollution system, it relates to many environmental information, it has characteristic of obviously spatial layout in addition timeliness and dynamic, therefore powerful computer technique must be taken to establish noise monitoring net of entire city region for regional environmental noise monitoring of city.The thesis was illustrated Beijing city, a series of problems of city regional environmental noise on-line monitoring integrated development of Beijing regional environmental noise on-line monitoring system were studied in the thesis. State of current city regional environmental noise and noise monitoring was analysed, problems were listed in the thesis. Geographical information system、code division multiple access and database technique were introduced, necessity and feasibility of establishing city regional environmental noise monitoring system based on computer technique were expatiated in the thesis. Designing object、principle、structure、main function、development and run environment of system software and hardware etc. were confirmed through investigation、analysis and contrasting with other national and foreign noise monitoring system.The main study results of thesis were as follows: Map of Beijing was digitized using MapGIS geographical information system;Noise monitoring terminal was selected, and effective modification was done so as to it could collect、process、restore noise data and transmit data based on CDMA
