【摘要】 近年来,随着人民生活水平的不断提高和对就医条件需求的持续不断增长,医院面临着改善病人就医环境与条件,提高医术与工作效率等诸多问题,以满足市场需要。因此,我国医院的设计和建造进入了历史上发展最快的时期,全国各地大量的医院正在改扩建,也出现了许多易地新建的医院。病房作为医疗建筑的重要组成部分,是病患者在医院中使用时间最长的空间。所以,病房楼建筑设计的质量,将直接影响医生护士的医疗和看护效率以及病人的治疗、康复的进程。中国医院建筑正经历着经济体制、医学模式和技术革命的三大变革,这将在医院的价值观念、功能结构和空间形态等方面产生强烈的震撼和影响。因此,病房楼的设计出现了许多新的趋势。为了使医院病房楼设计能更好地适应上述这些因素的变化,从而更好地为患者服务,就需要我们更新设计观念,改进设计方法。本论文就是在这样的背景下展开,通过对上述这些因素的考察,分析的新要求、新趋势。作者认为寻求突出自然生态环境的生态化、传统建筑技术同先进的信息技术相结合的智能化、适应医疗设备发展与更新的弹性化、适用医疗技术与情感的平衡的人性化,将成为当代医院病房楼设计的发展趋势。并结合工程实例,探讨了在新要求、新趋势影响下的当代医院病房的设计观念和方法,作为设计实践的理论指导,创造更适合我国国情的、满足我国医疗事业发展需要的医疗建筑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of people’s living standard and the persistent increase of people’s hospitalizing condition’s demands recently, hospitals are facing with many problems in order to meet the market’s needs, such as amending patient’s hospitalizing surroundings and improving work efficiency. Consequently, hospitals’design and construct in our country has come into the most rapid development’stage. The considerable proportion of hospitals are enlarging, and other hospitals are also rebuilding by replacement of address. Wards, as one of the most important of a modern hospital, is the place where patients will stay for the longest period. Therefore, the design quality of awards will exert critical influence on the efficiency of the medical and nursing work of doctors and nurses for patients. The author thinks that ecological, intelligent, flexible and humanized ward building will become the new trends.Chinese hospital architecture is going through tremendous change. The design opinion and design theory of hospital architecture has been impacted. So , architecture design for modern hospital’s ward buildings come out a great number of new trends. To make that ward building can rightly adapt the factors what have mentioned above. Furthermore, to serve all patients better,we require amending our design opinion and design method. The paper is just written on this kind of background. On the basis of checking the factors, we make a conclusion about new demands and new trends.
