川木香药用民族植物学及质量标准研究

【摘要】 川木香为菊科川木香属植物川木香Vladimiria souliei(Franch．)Ling．及灰毛川木香Vladimiria souliei(Franch．)Ling var．cinerea Ling．的干燥根。除为中医常用行气止痛的中药以外，在四川地区，川木香还为藏族、羌族、彝族等多民族习用药，主要用于胃肠道疾病。本课题从药用民族植物学的研究角度，对川木香药材资源、品种、民族民间使用、可持续保护与利用等进行调查，同时结合药效筛选，进行了川木香质量标准对照品分离研究，建立了规范化的川木香药材质量标准，并对其色谱指纹图谱进行了初步研究。本论文对中国药典2005年版现行川木香质量标准作了完善和补充，同时为川木香药材资源的可持续保护利用提供依据。 1 川木香药用民族植物学调查 采用药用民族植物学研究方法(文献研究、关键人物访谈等)，对川木香药材品种、民族用药经验、资源保护利用状况进行了调查；同时对其主产区(四川的茂县、黑水、小金、马尔康等县)进行了实地考察，收集到了7个药材凭证标本；整理出藏族、羌族等民族的应用经验，并提出了川木香可持续保护与利用的对策。 2 川木香药效筛选和质量标准对照品分离研究 采用解痉、镇痛等药理实验方法，对川木香药材影响胃肠运动、镇痛的药效部位进行了筛选；并采用硅胶柱色谱法，对其有效部位进行了川木香质量标准对照品分离研究，得到两个化合物，采用UV、~1HNMR、IR、MS等现代分析测试技术，鉴定了其中的去氢木香内酯(dehydrocostus lactone)。 3 川木香药材质量标准及其指纹图谱初步研究 分别采用硅胶G与硝酸银改性硅胶G板，建立了川木香药材的TLC鉴别方法：采用HPLC法，以木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯为指标，进行了川木香药材含量测定研究。建立了川木香药材质量标准，并对川木香药材色潜指纹图谱进行了初步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radix Vladimiriae is the dried rhizome of Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling. and Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling var. cinerea Ling, which can promote circulation of qi and relieve pain. Besides this, in Sichuan, it has been widely applied in Tibetan, Qiang and Yi Nationality to treat gastroenteric disorders. From the perspectives of Ethnobotany, the members of this project investigated the resource、 assortment、 condition of using in folk and sustainable development of Radix Vladimiriae; connected with selection of drug effect, we studied on the isolating of standard reference substance in Radix Vladimiriae, established the quality standard, and make preliminary study on the fingerprint.1 Ethnobotany Survey on Radix VladimiriaeUsing Ethnobotany method (documents research、 Interview to the key men, etc) we investigated assortment、 protection and utilization of resource, knew the experience of using herbs and the conditions about main growing districts (Mao’xian, Hei’shui、 Xiao’jin、 Ma’er’kang, etc). We collected seven vouchers; summed experience of using herbs of Tibetan and Qiang nationality and proposed the countermeasure of protection and utilization of Radix Vladimiriae.2 Screening of drug effect and Isolation Research on standard reference substanceThrough the way of pharmacology on relieving spasm and pain, we screened the position where Radix Vladimiriae affected gastrointestinal motility and relieved pain. Separating effective part by Silica Gel Column chromatography, we received two chemical compounds, one of which was identificated by the technology of UV、 ~1HNMR, IR、 MS.3 Quality Standard and Preliminary study on the fingerprint of Radix VladimiriaeThe quality was determined by TLC (silver nitrate folium). The content was determined by HPLC, which indexes were costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone.
