吉雷通窍汤治疗胆腑郁热型急鼻渊临床研究

【摘要】 目的：观察吉雷通窍汤治疗胆腑郁热型急鼻渊的临床疗效。 方法：选取符合条件的门诊患者52例，给予吉雷通窍汤治疗，1周为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，2周后进行治疗前后自身疗效对照，观察其中西医症状证候，鼻腔检查，X片或CT片等的改善情况，判定吉雷通窍汤对治疗胆腑郁热型急鼻渊的临床疗效。 结果：以吉雷通窍汤治疗2周后，52例中临床治愈42例，显效4例，有效3例，总有效率94.2％；同一症状各访视间积分比较有统计学意义，但出现统计学意义的时间不同；各访视间患者的主症与次症积分检验均有统计学意义。 结论：以吉雷通窍汤治疗胆腑郁热型急鼻渊可使患者临床症状明显改善，其疾病疗效及证候疗效均确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Ji Lei Tong Qiao Tang in treating the acute sinusitis patients (depression of gallbladder-heat type).Methods: treated 52 out-patients who accorded with the condition with Ji Lei Tong Qiao Tang. Stipulated one week one period of treatment and treated these patients 2 weeks continuously. 2 weeks later, made therapeutic effect comparison of 52 out-patients before and after treating . observed the improvement of the symptoms, the nasal cavity examination, the result of x-ray and computerized tomography, estimate the therapeutic effect of Ji Lei Tong Qiao Tang in treating the acute sinusitis patients (depression of gallbladder-heat type).Results: after treating 2 weeks with Ji Lei Tong Qiao Tang, 42 recovered, 4 had obvious effect, 3 had effect, and the total effective rate is 94.2%. The integral of the same symptom in different visit time is statistically different, and the statistical differences occur in different time. The contrast on integral of primary and subsidiary symptoms is statistically different also.Conclusion: Ji Lei Tong Qiao Tang can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients who suffer from the acute sinusitis更多还原
