控制桃仁在复方中功效发挥的多因素研究

【摘要】 目的：探究影响桃仁在复方中功效发挥方向的配伍、炮制、剂量、剂型、品种、产地、毒性等因素，阐明桃仁常用配伍结构的机理。 方法：以《中华医方精选辞典》为据，收集含桃仁的方剂457首，用Excel建立数据表，采用归类统计的方法，总结配伍、炮制、剂量、剂型、品种、产地、毒性等因素对桃仁功效发挥方向的影响。 结果：与桃仁配伍使用前5位的药类依次是活血化瘀、补虚、清热、理气、泻下药；桃仁常见的配伍结构是桃仁配红花、桃仁配大黄、桃仁配当归、桃仁配川芎、桃仁配杏仁、桃仁配瓜篓、桃仁配郁李仁等；桃仁入药以非嫁接的桃和山桃的种子为好，尤以河北承德所产桃仁为上品。桃仁经煎煮后具有一定的毒性，应严格控制其使用剂量，一般以5—12克为宜。生桃仁各种功效的作用均较强，临床常用；但对于血虚生燥的病人，选用(麸)炒桃仁更为适宜；若是脾胃虚弱、大便溏泄而兼有瘀血证的病人，则以选用桃仁霜为佳。桃仁入药均应适当捣碎。 结论：配伍环境是控制桃仁功效发挥方向最重要的因素，炮制、毒性、品种、产地次之，桃仁在复方中功效发挥是上述多个因素综合控制的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To clarify Taoren’s compatible mechanism and to discuss all the factors guiding Taoren’s varied functions in compound prescription, such as compatibility, processing, dosage ,species,habitat and etc.Method: 457 Taoren-containing formulae were collected from "Zhonghua Refined Presciption Dictionary". By analyzing the statistics, the law in applying to Taoren was summarized.Result: Some kinds of herbs, frequently combined with Taoren, are as follows: The first belongs to herbs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, then to ones to repair falsely, to ones to purge fire,the following is manage the spirit medicine. Taoren’s compatibility structure, commonly contained, are as follows: Taoren with Honghua, the one with Dahuang, the one with Danggui and etc. The Taoren goes into a kind of medicine with not engrafting seed of the peach and the mountain peach is good,especially ChengDe of HeBei province is recognized genuine Taoren producing area for first grade.The Taoren has a certain toxicity after decoction, should control its dosage strictly, general take 5-12 grams as proper.The functions of fresh Taoren is all-sided and strong, it is used in common;But to deplethoric patient,it is more fitting to choose saute Taoren;If the functions of patient’s spleen and stomach is weak,then choosing the Taoren frost is better.The Taoren should be adequately pounded when it is used as medicine .Conclusion: all the factors, as the surroundings of compatibility, processing, toxicity,species and habitat can deeply affect the functional direction of Taoren.更多还原
