松针挥发油抗心力衰竭的作用及其机理研究

【摘要】 目的：研究松针挥发油抗心力衰竭的作用，并揭示其作用机理。 方法：采用连续腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素的方法，复制心力衰竭大鼠模型：用BL-4，10生物机能实验系统记录血流动力学各项指标；用定磷法测试红细胞Na~+，K~+—ATP酶活性；计算大鼠左心室重量指数。 结果：松针挥发油可使大鼠血流动力学部分指标好转：对Na~+，K~+—ATP酶也有一定的激活作用；左心室肥厚程度也有一定的改善。 结论：松针挥发油可改善心衰大鼠血流动力学，提高心力衰竭时红细胞膜Na~+，K~+—ATP酶活性，增强心肌收缩功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the effect of pine oil on the disease of heart deficiency and further explore the functional mechanisms of its efficient treatment on such disease.Methods: We establish the heart failure model induced by Adriamycin (ADR) administration in SD rats, at the same time observe and register the indexes on hemodynamics in heart failure rats with the BL-410 biological mechanism experiment systems and detecting PI approach for measuring the Na+-K+ exchanging ATPase in red cell membrane, at the last to determine the left ventricle ponderal index.Results: The indexes of hemodynamics can be improved in the groups of heart failure rats which have been given the pine oil. It can excite the Na+-K+ exchanging ATPase and protect cardiac muscle from enlarging.Conclusions: The pine oil can improve the Na+-K+ exchanging ATPase and increase the cardiac muscle contraction.更多还原
