【摘要】 素质教育是当今教育界使用频率最高的词汇之一。它意指全面贯彻党的教育方针，以提高国民素质为根本宗旨，以培养学生的创新和实践能力为重点，造就德智体美等全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。当前，我们正处在一个科学技术迅猛发展、知识信息不断更新、社会深刻变革和进步的时代，若要提高国民素质、增强综合国力，我国的教育必须跟上时代的步伐，适应“转型期”社会变革的要求，改变原有的“应试教育”模式，实行“素质教育”。矿区小学原先大多是由国有大中型矿业企业创办的，是伴随着我国社会主义经济的发展和国有大中型矿业企业的建立而逐步发展起来的。其主要作用是为了方便矿区企业职工子弟入学，解除企业职工的后顾之忧。加强矿区小学的素质教育对矿业企业和矿区的发展有着十分重要的意义。 本文通过理论研究和实证研究两个方面对矿区小学的素质教育进行了论述。在理论研究方面，笔者从教育人本论、社会变迁论、心理内化论和多元智力理论这四种理论视角对素质教育进行了理论分析，并从构建矿区小学素质教育的目标体系、教学模式、德育模式和课程模式这四个方面提出了构建矿区小学素质教育模式的设想。在实证研究方面，笔者选取了海孜煤矿小学作为个案，对其进行了个案研究。根据调研情况和相关资料，本文总结出海孜煤矿小学素质教育的实施情况和存在的问题，并针对其存在的问题提出了解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality-oriented education is one of the vocabularies with supreme frequency of utilization in current education field. It means that carries out the Party’s educational policy in an all-round way, regards improving national quality as the basic aim, regards training students’ innovation and practicing ability as the focal point, bring up all-round developing socialist cause builders and successors. At present, we are in an era, when science and technology develop rapidly, knowledge and information update continually, social change and progress deeply.If we want to improve national quality, strengthen the comprehensive national strength , meet the challenge of the new century, our national education must keep abreast with the times , meet the requirement of social change in " transformation period " in education of our country, change the already existing " exam-oriented education " mode, implement quality-oriented education. The primary school in mine area is mostly established by the state-run large-and-middle-scale enterprises of mining industry, it is the setting-up and developing progressively with the state-run large-and-middle-scale enterprises of mining industry with the development of our country’s socialist economy. Its main function is that for convenience the sons and younger brothers, worker of enterprise, enter school, remove the enterprise worker’s worry. The quality-oriented更多还原
