【摘要】 概念设计阶段对整个模具设计制造过程有举足轻重的影响，因此有关概念设计的理论、方法和应用的研究在国内外学者中受到很大的关注。本文提出了基于功能—行为—结构(FBS)的车灯模具计算机辅助概念设计过程方法以弥补以往注塑模设计的强经验性，开发了基于FBS的车灯模具计算机辅助概念设计系统，并在最后给出了车灯模具概念设计的设计过程实例。 本文针对概念设计过程的特点，提出了基于FBS的车灯模具计算机概念设计过程模型，对车灯模具概念设计中的功能、行为、结构建模方法进行了研究，并且在此基础之上分析了模架、侧抽芯机构、顶出机构的功能、行为、结构建模。 本文通过对概念设计一般映射过程机制的分析，提出了车灯模具计算机辅助概念设计的FB、BS映射过程机制，并分析了车灯模具概念设计中模架、侧抽芯机构、顶出机构的FB、BS映射过程。 本文最后结合具体的实际研究项目内容，开发了基于FBS的车灯模具计算机辅助概念设计系统，并给出了车灯模具概念设计的设计过程实例。 本文以FBS为基础提炼了概念设计知识，比较以往直接以自然设计经验为对象的知识表达方法，明显提高了设计知识表达的科学性和有效性。将FBS概念设计方法应用到注塑模车灯模具概念设计过程中，规范了注塑模的概念设计过程，提高了注塑模的设计效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phase of conceptual design has great influence on the whole process of mould design and manufacturing, which makes the scholars at home and abroad have great interests in the researches on the theory, method and application of conceptual design. In order to offset experience limitation of the former mould design method, this paper put forward the computer-aided conceptual design process model based on function-behavior-structure (FBS),and developed the computer-aided conceptual design system based on the FBS, and giving the example of the conceptual design process in the end.In view of the character of the lamp mould design process, this paper put forward the computer-aided conceptual design process model based on the FBS, analyses the function, behavior and structure modeling method, as well as the mould base, core-pulling, and knockout modeling method.This paper analyse the general mapping process mechanism,advance the FB,BS mapping process mechanism of the computer-aided lamp mould conceptual design.And analyse the FB,BS mapping process of the the mould base,core-pulling,knockout conceptual design process.Based on practical project, this paper developed the computer-aided conceptual design system based on the FBS theory and offered the example of the conceptual design process in the end.This paper abstracted the conceptual design knowledge based on FBS,更多还原
