基于Windows CE的数控手持终端设计

【摘要】 数控机床以及由数控机床组成的制造系统是改造传统产业、构建数字化企业的重要基础装备,现在数控编程及控制系统已有小型化的趋势;基于此,我们提出开发面向车间数控设备的嵌入式数控手持终端。采用该手持终端将改变数控机床的操作模式,把以机器为中心改变为以人为中心;操作者无论在位置上还是姿势上都不再被机床所束缚,操作机床将变得更方便更舒适,也更容易实现一人多机操作。另外,数控手持终端还可以上升为数控PDA(个人数字助理),从而将数控机床提升到一个更高的水平。 本文以应用于车间数控机床的嵌入式数控手持终端的设计为主线,主要做了以下几方面的工作:首先,分析了国内外手持终端的发展及应用现状;综述了数控手持终端的设计、实现及对相关技术的研究现状;然后,论述了基于Windows CE. net的嵌入式数控手持终端的设计与实现及对相关技术的研究:提出了基于Windows CE. net的嵌入式数控手持终端的整体解决方案;根据实际需求并考虑扩展性确定了手持终端的硬件平台;设计了一个良好的软件体系结构,可以很方便的在此基础上进行其他功能的扩充。在手持终端的操作系统平台构建阶段,进行了相关外设驱动程序的开发,自定义了开发板的BSP,并导出SDK以用于下阶段应用软件的开发,从而完成了Windows CE. net操作系统的裁剪、移植过程。在应用软件开发阶段,主要进行了数控系统软件模块的开发。数控代码编辑模块实现了应用系统主界面、文档编辑及输入用软键盘等功能。数控代码诊断模块从词法分析、语法分析和错误处理三个方面实现了对NC代码程序的诊断纠错。串口通讯模块实现了手持终端与上下位机的通信功能。电源监控模块用于监控手持终端供电情况,以便于操作者及时调整当前操作。最后总结了数控手持终端的特点并对其发展做了展望。 本课题提出了移动数控的概念,在基于Windows CE. net系统平台的手持终端上实现了数控系统的相关功能模块。将该手持终端设备应用于数控机床,形成一个以人为中心的人机协同的车间制造系统,将会大大推进制造业信息化的进程。
【Abstract】 Numerical control machine tool and the manufacturing system constituted by which is important foundation of reforming traditional industry and setting up digital enterprise. Now there is a trend of miniaturization in the programming and control of the NC equipment. According to this, we put forward to develop embedded NC handheld terminal used for NC equipment in the workshop. It will change the operation mode of NC machine tool to use this handheld terminal, turn the priority from the machine to the people. Operators are no longer constrained by the machine tool in whatever position or posture. Operator can operate more machine tools in the more convenient and more comfortable way. Moreover, it is possible to evolve this terminal to NC personal numerical assistant (PDA), thus the NC machine tool will work in a higher level.This thesis mainly completes the following works in designing embedded handheld terminal applied to NC machine tool. First, we analyze the handheld terminal’s development and application in the domestic and abroad. The design, realization and relevant technique of the embedded NC handheld terminal are summarized. Based on above, we put forward a whole solution of the embedded NC handheld terminal based on Windows CE.net. According to actual demand and expansionary, the terminal’s hardware platform is determined. We design a good software structure. Based on the software structure, it can be very convenient to expand other functions. In the stage of constructing the terminal’s OS platform, we develop the drivers for the some peripheral equipments, define the BSP and export the SDK used the next development. In the stage of application development, we primarily develop some NC system software module. In the NC code edition module, the system main interface , document edition and soft keyboard used to input are realized. Then, the NC code is processed by the lexical analysis, syntax analysis and error is displayed on screen in the NC code diagnostic module.
