房地产CRM系统的分析与开发

【摘要】 CRM(Customer Relationship Management客户关系管理)是利用信息技术对客户资源进行集中式管理，将经过分析及处理的客户信息与所有与客户有关的业务领域进行链接，使市场、销售、客户服务等各个部门可以共享客户资源，使公司可以实时地跟踪客户的需求，提供产品及服务，提高客户满意度及忠诚度，从而吸引更多的客户，最终使公司的利润最大化。 房地产客户关系管理(CRM)系统近年来得到普遍关注，然而实施房地产CRM的技术模型还没有固定框架。通过对J2EE体系结构的分析，本文提出一种基于J2EE开发平台的房地产CRM系统模型和体系结构的设计方法。开发出的系统易于功能扩充和维护，具有分布式的特点。 本论文详细阐述了企业客户管理系统的意义，并对房地产客户关系管理系统的可行性进行了分析。对CRM系统的运行环境、系统要求、系统的设计、流程设计及功能菜单设计以及J2EE进行了概述。同时对该系统的主要内容客户管理、销售管理、会员管理以及相关内容进行了详细地阐述，并附以相关定义界面或截图说明。在论文的最后部分，对系统已经解决的问题和尚待解决的问题进行了概括和总结，并附有系统的测试和运行的情况说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) System adopts information technology to centralizedly manage customer resources and interlink customer-concerning business fields with analyzed and processed customer information. In this way, it can make branches of marketing, sales and customer service share customer resources, track customer requirement real time and offer products and services, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, thus to attract more attention of customers and to maximize the profit of companies.The system of Real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been paid the universal attention in recent years; however, the technical model of implementation real estate CRM does not have the fixed frame yet. Through J2EE system structure analysis, this thesis proposes one kind system model and system structure design method based on J2EE development platform of the real estate CRM. The Developed system has the following characteristics: Easy function expansion and maintenance, and the distributive specialty.This thesis expatiate the significance of CRM system, carry through analysis of the feasibility of CRM system. It summarizes the function environment, system requirement, system design , flow design, function menu design and J2EE. In the meantime, the thesis pays more attention to customer management, sales management, membership management and concerning content, and attaches to explanation of concerning screen shots. In the final part of the thesis, some generalization and summarization of solved and unsolved issues are put forward. System testing and running are also involved.更多还原
