【摘要】 “健康不仅仅是没有疾病和病症，而且是一种个体在身体上、精神上、社会上完全良好的状态”(世界卫生组织章程序言语)。有人提出健康的概念应包括体格健康、精神健康、社会健康以及自感健康这一新的健康概念。自感健康是指个体对自己健康状况的自我评估，是个体对自身健康状况各方面信息的综合反映，是健康状况优劣，生活质量高低的预告因子。 在过去30年里，国内外的许多研究都还只集中于证实自感健康和致病率、死亡率之间的联系，特别在国内，目前有关自感健康影响因素的研究仍然很少，且大多集中于某一两种影响因素与自感健康之间的联系，缺乏横向而全面的自感健康影响因素分析。另外，目前我国农村正处于经济体制转型后的重要时期，家庭联产承包责任制的转轨动摇了原有医疗制度的经济基础，市场经济进入农村后，农民的思想观念、生活水平等各方面都发生了重大改变，农村收入差距增大、人际关系变差、村集体凝聚力减弱等社会问题的出现必然会对农民的自感健康状况产生深远的影响。因此在这个特殊历史时期对农民进行这方面的研究无疑会让我们对自感健康的影响因素有更为清晰的了解。本研究的主要目的是分析现阶段农村社会经济体制下，经济水平、社会网络、受教育程度等多方面的因素与农民自感健康的关系，探讨农民自感健康的主要影响因素，为改善农村居民自感健康提供干预措施和政策依据，同时也为今后开展类似研究提供经验和参考。 本研究在山东省的三个县(市)进行调查和分析。根据社会经济发展水平，我们选择了经济发展较好的章丘县、经济发展中等的金乡县和经济发展较差的茌平县。研究方法主要是入户调查。在根据年龄和性别分层后，采用单因素统计分析方法，结合多因素分析，来探讨农村不同人群中自感健康影响因素的差异，分析农民自感更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To Analysis the relationship between peasants’ perceived health and economic, culture, society based on the changed of rural economical policy and social framework. To probe major influencing factors, puting forward methods and suggestions for improving peasants’ perceived health, achieving experience and reference for similarly research in the future. Method Household survey with questionnaires is major method, in this study 1406 (16-80 year old) peasants were investigated in rural areas, shandong province. After divided into layers on age and sex, we adopt multianalysis statistics method, probe distinction of influencing perceived health’ factors among these groups, analysis major influencing factors of peasants’ perceived health. Results1) Distinction of economic, culture, marriage in different sex and age: For economic condition, the old people are the worst in all groups. For culture condition , Men are better than women, the young people are best in all groups. For marriage condition , the old people that lose partner are the most in all groups. In conclusion, the old people are worst in economic, culture and marriage condition .2) Distinction of social net, social intercourse, social support in different sex and age: For condition of business participation and good friends, men are better than women. For condition of respected in the work and social status, men are also better than women. But for condition of obtaining help in the life, women are better than men.更多还原
