基于模糊控制的中央空调监控系统

【摘要】 空调越来越多地被使用到人们的工作、生活当中。空调运行过程中,不可避免的会出现各种故障。随着空调设备的自动化、复杂程度的提高,设备一旦发生故障,通常需要异地厂家的技术人员及相关专家亲临现场进行检测及维修,这大大增加各方面的经济负担,同时也不能使故障得到及时的排除。 同时,由于中央空调系统十分庞大,反应速度较慢、滞后现象较为严重,给机组运行的稳定性增加了很多困难。而现阶段中央空调监控系统几乎仍采用传统的控制技术,对于工况及环境变化的适应性差,控制惯性较大,节能效果不理想。因此将模糊控制技术应用于中央空调监控系统,对于提高中央空调系统运行的稳定性、可靠性、节能以及推动智能控制技术的应用发展等方面都具有重要的理论价值和实际工程应用价值。 随着Internet技术的蓬勃发展,为我们解决上述问题提供了新手段。空调系统的远程监控与故障诊断是集计算机科学、通信技术与故障诊断技术相结合的一种设备诊断方式。该系统实现了“移动的是数据而不是人”。本文在分析了中央空调系统的各部分的功能和特点的基础上,对其监控和故障诊断进行了研究。 在监控系统中,采用客户/服务器监测系统,利用VC编程实现。客户机运行用户请求服务程序,并将这些请求传送给服务器,由服务器负责管理数据资源,并将采集到的数据、图象等信息发送给客户,由客户进行数据库处理。另外,针对温度控制的特点,本文采用了模糊控制与PID控制混合的设计结构。 在故障诊断里,在分析了现有的多种故障诊断方法的基础上,选用神经网络作为故障检测与诊断方法。在各神经网络模型中,根据其运算速度快、泛化能力强的特点,我们选用CMAC模型。在中央空调系统的各组成部分中,选用主要的空气处理单元作为故障诊断对象,首先介绍空气处理单元可能的7种故障,然后利用MATLAB进行仿真分析。 总之,本文初步实现了中央空调控制系统的远程控制,网络信息实现了安全传输;对中央空调系统的温度通过控制算法实现了实时性、快速性;对中央空调系统的空气处理单元的7种故障成功地进行了故障诊断仿真实验。
【Abstract】 Fault is unavoidable to appear in air conditioner operation. With the automation and complexity of the air conditioner, once fault appears, it usually needs technical staff and relevant experts in different places to monitor and diagnose in Scene. It is inevitable to increase financial and personal burden. At the same time fault can’t be got rid of in time.At the same time, because the central air condition system is a very huge system, the respond speed is more slower, the fall behind phenomenon is more serious, a lot of difficulty increased of the stability of machine set circulation. The current central air condition inspect and control system is still adopted the traditional control technique almost, the adaptability between work and environment variety for traditional control technique is bad, controlling inertia is bigger, the result of economy energy is ignored to think. Therefore, if the intelligence control technique can be appllied into inspect and control system of the central air condition, it has a important theories value and actual meaning very much for increasing the stability and dependability of machine’s circulating, economy energy and push the application and development of control intelligence technical.With the flourishing development of Internet technology, it offers to us the new means for the fact that we solve above-mentioned problems. FDD—fault detection and diagnosis in Long-range monitoring of air conditioning use some knowledge on computer science, communication technology and FDD. It realizes to move data instead of people.This text narrates the function of every part of the central air conditioner system and foundation of the characteristic first, then make some research on FDD and long-range control base on.In the Inspect and Control system, the paper use client/server monitoring system, and make use of VC programming to realize. The client asks for the service to convey such information as the data, vision gathered. The client deals with the information.
