蒙椴树化学成分的研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Tilia Mongolica

【摘要】 蒙椴树(Tilia mongolica Maxim.)是椴树科(Tiliaceae)椴树属(Tilia L.)中生落叶乔木,是内蒙古地区典型树种。最近的研究发现蒙椴树具有抑制光肩星天牛的作用。为了寻找蒙椴树中抗天牛的活性成分,本文对蒙椴树的化学成分进行了研究。 本文对蒙椴树皮和树叶分别进行室温浸泡提取,对提取物利用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,从中分离得到了7个化合物,通过理化常数、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱以及二维核磁的DEPT、HMQC、HMBC和H,H-COSY等数据并结合文献分析鉴定其结构,分别为软木三萜酮(1)、十七碳酸(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、蒲公英萜醇二十八碳酸酯(4)、咖啡碱(5)、(β-D)3′,5′-二(4-氯苯甲酰)胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(6)。化合物2、3、5和7为首次从本属植物中分离的已知化合物。

【Abstract】 Tilia mongolica Maxim, is a member of Tiliaceae family. It has been reported that T. mongolica has inhibiting effect to Anoplophora glabripennis. To find the active constituents for controlling Anolophola glabripennis (Motsch) in the Tilia mongolica, the research for the chemical constituents of Tilia mongolica have been developed.In present study, by extracting the barks and leaves of T. mongolica using a series of organic solvents respectively, different kinds of extracts were obtained. Seven compounds have been isolated by utilizing column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization techniques. The complete structures of compounds have been identified by IR, 1D and 2D NMR( 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC and 1h,1H-COSY) data and literatures. They are Friedelin (1), Heptadecanoic acid (2), Oleanolic acid (3), Taraxeryl octacosanoic acetate (4), Caffeine (5) , (3-D thymidine 3’,5’-di (4-chlorobenzoate)(6). Among them, 2,3,5 and 7are known compounds isolated from the genus for the first time.
