【摘要】 现代远程教育是计算机网络和多媒体技术相结合的新一代教育技术。凭借强大的互联网技术，融入全新的网络教育理念，发展蒙古语现代远程教育平台对提高蒙古语教学质量、促进蒙古语教学的进一步发展有着深远影响。 蒙古语现代远程教育平台中蒙古文网页是远程学习者首先接触的，也是远程教育平台为学生提供多种形式学习支持服务的一个窗口。但是没有灵活易用的蒙古文网页制作工具是制约蒙古文信息在网络中传播以及蒙古语远程教育发展的瓶颈所在。 本文主要介绍了蒙古语现代远程教育平台中基于FrontPage 2003的静态蒙古文网页制作工具以及动态蒙古语中小学教学网站模板的研究与实现。 在充分分析了蒙古文的书写特性和蒙古文网页制作技术的基础上，利用Microsoft FrontPage 2003的可编程扩展特性，对其进行二次开发实现了基于FrontPage 2003的静态蒙古文网页制作工具。在工具的开发中实现了在FrontPage的设计模式下ActiveX控件的实地编辑功能。这一功能的实现大大简化了蒙古文网页制作的复杂度，使蒙古文网页制作面向非专业化用户成为可能。在FrontPage中嵌入制作蒙古文网页的菜单命令、工具栏，使得蒙古文网页制作的全过程不脱离FrontPage、操作简单、界面友好、最终能够生成纯字符形式的蒙古文网页。本文对静态蒙古文网页制作工具的设计思想与实现方法作了详尽的论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern distance education is an educational technique of new generation which combines the computer network and the multimedia technology. Through relying on the formidable Internet technology and combining the brand-new network education idea, the development of Mongolian modern distance education platform has the profound influence to improving Mongolian teaching quality and promoting Mongolian teaching further development.In Mongolian distance education platform the Mongolian webpage is the first contacts for long-distance learner, also is a window through which the distance education platform provides many kinds of study support service forms for the student.This article mainly introduces the research and implementation of static Mongolian webpage making tool based on FrontPage 2003 and the dynamic Mongolian teaching website template for elementary and middle schools in Mongolian modern distance education platform.Under fully analyzing Mongolian language’s written characteristic and更多还原
