沥青路面裂缝和坑槽破损机理与修补技术研究

【摘要】 本文主要针对沥青路面的裂缝和坑槽的破损机理和修补技术进行了详细的分析,对裂缝和坑槽的形成和修补机理进行全面、科学合理的研究,为以后的裂缝和坑槽修补提供了理论依据和实际施工经验。 根据沥青路面裂缝和坑槽破损的几何形状及成因,对其进行了全面、细致的分类,并对其大小和严重程度等级进行了划分。本文对提出的沥青路面六种典型裂缝进行了深入分析,得出了产生裂缝的基本原因;并用表面张力理论对四种典型坑槽的破损的产生进行分析,提出了获得理想维修效果的具体要求。 本文通过对裂缝修补机理和修补时机的分析,得出了裂缝修补时对裂缝的开槽槽壁和灌缝材料的要求以及最佳的灌缝时间。本文对裂缝开槽的参数(宽深比)进行了分析,从开槽的理论宽度和实际施工的宽度进行详细的分析,得出了较好的开槽的参数(宽深比)。根据接缝槽壁的混凝土弹性模量远大于裂缝修灌缝材料的模量,本文对裂缝修复后的材料采用大变形有限元受力分析,得出了裂缝修复后的灌缝材料的最大应力出现的角点,以及拉伸应力的方向角与剪切应力的方向角之间的关系和最大应力的计算方法。 对沥青路面裂缝修补的材料进行分析和比较,得出了各种材料的适用范围,同时提出了裂缝修补材料的五种评价指标,以及探讨了五种评价指标的试验方法,对以后灌缝材料的试验研究提供了合理的研究方案。按永久性修补要求,归纳提炼了裂缝修补施工工艺步骤,提出了可供沥青路面裂缝修补人员直接采用的工艺方案。对裂缝修补设备进行合理匹配研究,得出了合理匹配的计算公式。 本文对填料式、挖补式、热烘式和喷射式四种坑槽修补技术进行详细的分析和比较,得出各种坑槽修补技术合理的适用天气和温度。同时本文按照永久性坑槽修补技术要求,研究了坑槽的施工工艺,归纳提炼出了坑槽修补施工工艺的步骤。同时提出了称重修补坑槽技术的原理和思想,能进一步精确控制坑槽的填料量和压实度。
【Abstract】 This thesis primarily analyses the distress mechanisms and repair techniques of the asphalt’s cracks and potholes. Study on the causes and repair mechanisms of cracks and potholes scientifically and rationally. The thesis offers the theoretical foundation and actual experience for the construction.According to asphalt road cracks and potholes distress geometric forms and causes, to classify the cracks and potholes rationally and carefully, and divide them according to their size and severity grade. This thesis studies on the six kinds of typical cracks of the asphalt road thoroughly, to obtain the basic reason of the crack occurrence. And with surface tension theory to analyses the four kinds occurrence of potholes. Obtain the ideal effect for the specific request.According to analyze cracks repair mechanism and repair time, obtain the request of the cracks slot wall and patching material when crack patching and the best patching time. This thesis analyzes the crack slot parameter (width- deep ratio), Carries on the detailed analysis from the slot theory width and the actual construction width, to obtain the better slot parameter (width-deep ratio). According to the concrete elasticity coefficient far bigger than the module of the crack patching material, this thesis uses the big distortion FEM method to the crack patching material, and obtain the biggest stress points of the crack patching material, as well as the relations tension stress angle between shear stress angle and computational method of biggest stress.According to the analysis and the comparison to the asphalt road crack patching material, to obtain the applicable scope of each kinds of material, simultaneously to propose the five kind of appraisals target of crack patching material, as well as discuss five appraisals targets testing methods, to provide the reasonable research plan for later the experimental study of the patching material. According to permanent patching request, refine the crack patching construction craft steps, supply the method for the personnel directly to the asphalt road crack. Study on the crack patching equipment match reasonably, obtain the reasonable match formula.This thesis analyzes and compares the padding type, the digging type, hot dries the type and the jet type patching technology, obtain the suitable weather and the temperature of each kinds of potholes patching technology. Simultaneously according to permanent potholes patching specification, study the construction craft of the potholes, refined the potholes patching construction craft step. Simultaneously supply the principle and the thought of the heavy potholes patching technology, improve the compactness and control potholes padding quantity precisely.
