AH-50硬质沥青路面材料性能研究

【摘要】 世界各国在防治沥青路面的损坏中,历来把防治车辙放在第一位。除了优化混合料级配外,沥青胶结料的流变特性对这一路用性能也起着关键作用。硬质沥青作为一种高温性能良好材料,在国外已越来越广泛应用于道路建设,其应用前景十分广阔。 论文主要依据我国现行道路石油沥青性能试验标准和美国Superpave沥青路用性能的研究成果,针对目前国内已生产的两种50号硬质沥青(MMN50#和中海50#)进行了系统的研究,包括:硬质沥青胶结料的流变特性、硬质沥青混合料组成设计方法、力学性能、路用性能、结构力学验算、以及合理施工工艺等。 通过与KLMY70#对比试验和理论分析研究,认为硬质沥青(50号)的针入度指标与其高温性能相关关系不如60℃动力粘度密切,建议60℃动力粘度必须由选择性指标,改为强制性指标,并且原来的标准下限还得增大。Superpave胶结料标准比较适用于评价硬质沥青。标准马歇尔设计方法适用于硬质沥青混合料配合比设计,其配合比的设计流程及其相应的技术标准与普通基质沥青混合料无显著差别。硬质沥青具有良好的路用性能,在常温状态下还具有较常见基质沥青好的力学性能、耐疲劳性能和水稳性。 国内目前生产的硬质沥青(50号)可应用到实际工程,但还必须认识到国内的硬质沥青生产工艺水平还远远不够,有待改进,以便早日实现硬质沥青的全面推广和应用。

【Abstract】 When all countries prevent the asphalt pavement form being damaged, they put the rutting resistance on the first palce all the time. Besides optimum aggregate grading, bituminous binder’s rheological property play a key role in the pavement performance. Having better high-temperature stability, hard asphalt are variedly applied overseas increasingly, so as to have a bright foreground.According to our heavy traffic asphalt technical standard, and the efforts of Superpave research in American, this paper have a systems research on two kinds of home-made AH-50 hard asphalt (MMN50# and KLMY70#). Reseach conclude: rheological property of the hard bituminous binder match ratio design mechanical performance pavement performance structure mechanical calculation, reasonable technics of construction, and so on.Through the theoretic reseach and experimentation on AH-50 asphalt, Compared to KLMY70#, the correlation coefficient between penetration grade and high-temperature stability is less than 60℃ dynamical viscosity grade. Suggest that wo should take 60℃ dynamical viscosity grade as a compulsion index to estimate the asphalt in using criterion. The Superpave binder criterion is fit to estimate the hard asphalt. Hard asphalt mixture could be designed by Marshall design method .which desigh flow and criterion are the same as the general bituminous mixture. Hard asphalt mixture have well pavement performace, and have better mechanical performance fatigue resistance and water damage resistance.At present, home-made hard asphalt(50#) could be used to actual project, but wo must have pay more attention to improving the production technology of asphalt, in order to make generally or nationwide applicable.
