基于高聚物的桥面防水材料应用技术研究

【摘要】 桥面防水是保证混凝土桥梁耐久性的一项极为重要工作,如何从防水材料上更加有效地提高桥面防水效果,是当今交通领域中一项急需解决的课题。本文针对桥面防水工作对防水材料的性能要求,就高聚物桥面防水材料的基本组成、成膜过程、防水机理和工作原理等方面,对高聚物防水材料进行全面系统研究,为新型高聚物桥面防水材料在工程中的实际应用奠定基础。 本文采用查阅资料、理论分析和试验相结合的方法,通过对所用高聚物材料组成上的改进,并通过一系列针对桥面防水要求的室内试验,研究高聚物防水材料的各项工程性质。试验结果表明,论文中所用高聚物桥面防水材料具有优良的工程性质和有效的防水功能。与目前常用桥面防水材料相比,聚合物防水材料的拉伸强度、断裂延伸率和加热处理后的拉伸强度保持率、断裂延伸率等指标更加优越,路用性能中的抗剪强度、拉拔强度、抗施工损伤性能、耐疲劳性能等方面也表现的更加突出,基本性能全部合格。试验证实经热集料碾压后铺装结构的防水效果完好,达到了桥面防水的预期目的。 通过系统的室内试验研究,完善了针对桥面铺装要求的高聚物防水材料性能指标,并就相关指标的试验方法、评定思路和评定标准进行论证。同时从施工的基本要求、桥面处理方法分析入手,就高聚物材料的桥面铺装施工工艺提出初步操作流程,从而为建立高聚物桥面铺装材料技术体系和制定相关技术规范提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Bridge deck waterproofing is an important task which guarantee the duration of concrete bridge. How to improve waterproofing effect from the material of waterproof is a problem which should be solved urgently in highway engineering nowadays. Directed against performance of bridge deck waterproofing requirements, the paper studies a polymer as a waterproofing material systematically, including basis component, mechanism of forming membrane, principle of waterproofing and working so as to provide some reference basis for use of the new polymer waterproof material in bridge deck protection.On the basis of technical literature, the paper studies various engineering properties of the polymer material with the method of theory analysis combined experiment in lab. The experiment results indicate that the polymer material adopted in this paper possesses excellent engineering performances and effective waterproof function. Compared to normal waterproof materials, the new polymer waterproof shows better engineering characteristics, such as tensile strength, ratio of breaking elongation, especially maintenance rate of tensile strength and breaking elongation after disposed at high temperature. The polymer waterproof also has excellent road performances which are entirely meet the engineering requirements, such as shear strength, tensile and pull strength, anti-construction damage performance, fatigue resistance performance etc. Furthermore, experiment proves that the polymer film on bridge deck can remain perfect after compaction of hot asphalt mixture on it, which achieves the desired goal of bridge waterproofing.Through a series of lab experimentation, the paper perfects performance index, proves the methods of experiment, evaluation approach and criterion for polymer waterproof of bridge deck. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward the preliminary construction process according to the requirements of waterproofing construction, so as to provide some reference basis for establishing the technique system and relevance specifications of polymer waterproof.
