【摘要】 在最近几年,福建省对外直接投资活动发展迅速,已经有越来越多的企业把自己融入经济全球化的浪潮中。但福建省对外直接投资还处于初级阶段,在对外直接投资的产业、区位选择上还存在着许多需要改进的地方。而且产业和区位的选择是任何对外直接投资活动都必须首先解决的问题,产业和区位选择的妥当与否直接关系到企业对外直接投资活动的好坏。本文将对福建省适合对外直接投资的产业进行分析、对投资区位的情况进行研究,最后将两者综合交叉,以提高福建省对外直接投资的水平和企业对外直接投资活动的有效性。全文共分为六章:第一章,理论综述。该章将分别阐述国内外对外直接投资的产业理论、区位理论,以及关于福建省对外直接投资活动的相关研究成果和评述。第二章,福建省对外直接投资现状分析。该章将分析我省现阶段对外直接投资的状况,包括对福建外直接投资的产业结构和区位分布,以及福建省对外直接投资中存在的问题。第三章,福建省对外直接投资的区位选择。该章将分析企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响因素,并在我省在对外直接投资区位选择方面提出建议。第四章,福建省对外直接投资的产业选择。该章将提出我省对外直接投资的产业选择基准。在此基础上,分析现阶段福建省适合进行对外直接投资的产业并给出具体建议。第五章,福建省对外直接投资产业—区位交叉选择战略。该章是在综合了前两章对福建省对外直接投资的产业和区位分析的基础上,将提出对产业和区位的交叉选择。首先将提出对外直接投资产业—区位交叉选择的指导原则,其次对现阶段福建省对外直接投资产业、区位做一个综合性分析,最后提出福建省对外直接投资的产业—区位战略选择。第六章,基于产业—区位选择的福建省对外直接投资策略。该章将从两个角度分析福建省对外直接投资策略。一方面将从政府的角度分析,另一方面将从企业的角度分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 These years, FDI activities of Fujian Province develop quickly, and there are more and more enterprises joining in the wave of economic globalization. However, Fujian’s FDI is still in the elementary phase. There are many problems about the choice of FDI industries and areas needing solved. They also need solved in any FDI activities at first. Whether the choice is reasonable relates to the enterprises’FDI activities stand or fall. The thesis will analyze the fit industries of Fujian Province, and study the situation of other FDI areas. At last, the two factor will be combined so that we can increase the level of Fujian’FDI and the validity of enterprises’FDI.The thesis will be divided into 6 chapters.We will summarize the theories in Chapter1. It will expatiate the international and domestic theories of FDI industries and areas separately. It also will analyze the relative research of Fujian Province’s FDI.We will analyze the status of Fujian Province’s FDI Chapter 2. We will describe the situation of Fujian Province’s FDI including its structure of industries and distribution of areas. Then we will argue the problem of Fujian Province’s FDI.We will investigate how to choose the areas for Fujian’s FDI in Chapter 3. First, we will analyze the effective factors to Fujian’s FDI. Second, we will give the suggestions about the choice of areas for Fujian’s FDI.We will investigate how to choose the FDI industries of Fujian Province in Chapter 4. First, we bring forward the standard of choosing the FDI industry. On the basis, we will analyze the suitable FDI industries of Fujian Province and give the detail suggestions.We will bring forward the industry-area across choice strategy of Fujian’s FDI in Chapter 5.
