【摘要】 商业是人类在交换领域的经济活动,它是一种以物质为主的交往,而且这种物质交往是以商品为形式,以货币为媒介而实现的交往。从哲学上而言,商业诚信就是使商业这一以物质交往为主的交往合理化的伦理道德规范。由于商业诚信的领域仅局限于交换领域,因而商业诚信有着自己为之自己的内涵、特征、机制及其本质。在现代商业经济的发展进程中,商业诚信却成为一种稀缺性资源,由于中国特殊的文化背景和具体的国情,商业诚信的缺失在中国表现非常严重,日益凸显的商业失信已成为了中国现代商业经济所面临的主要困境。为了建立我国良好运作和健康发展的现代商业经济,我们就必须勇敢地面对现实,深入到中国商业经济中,对商业失信问题进行具体研究,充分认识到中国商业失信的表现性、危害性以及解决的紧迫性。中国的商业失信行为表现得尤为严重,要从真正意义上树立中国的商业诚信道德规范,就要用哲学的视角对商业失信行为进行原因剖析。其包括以下四个方面:经济人的理论前提、不对称的商业经济信息、商业主体的权利与义务分离以及单纯追求利润的商业价值取向。为了消除中国商业经济中的商业失信行为,促进商业主体的商业诚信意识的形成,自觉以商业诚信为道德规范来约束商业主体行为,这就要求中国在哲学上对商业失信行为提出消解的对策。如果商业诚信成为了商业主体一种必备的伦理道德素质进而约束其行为,它就能为中国现代商业经济的确立和不断发展提供了伦理道德保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commerce is a kind of human being’s economic action in currency. It is a kind of communication realized by taking substance as the dominant factor, merchandise as form, currency as medium. Philosophically speaking, commercial integrity is the ethic rule which makes commerce rationalized. On account of the range of Commercial integrity is confined in goods exchanging, it has its own signification, character, mechanism and essence.In the development of modern commercial economy, the commercial integrity becomes a sort of exiguous wealth. The absence of commercial integrity comes to very serious in China because of Chinese special culture background and its concrete situation. The increasing commercial integrity be the dominating predicament of Chinese modern commercial economy. In order to establish the benign operational and healthily developing Chinese modern commercial economy, we must bravely face the reality, go deep into Chinese commercial economy and concretely research the problems of commercial disintegrity .So that we can adequately realize its manifestations, imperilments and the urgencies of its solution.The absence of commercial integrity comes to very serious in China. In order to establish Chinese commercial integrity ethic rule really, we must probe the commercial disintegrity in the view of philosophy, basing the four concrete reasons as followings: the theoretical premise of economic man, the unsymmetrical information of commercial economy, the separation of commercial subjects’right and obligation as well as the value judgment of simply profit.In order to eliminate the disintegrity of modern economy and accelerate the formation of commercial subjects’integrity, so that the commercial subjects can engage themselves of self-consciously using commercial integrity as their ethics. China must put forward a countermeasure to remove the commercial disintegrity in the view of philosophy. If the commercial integrity becomes the absolutely necessary ethical quality of commercial subject which restricts his behavior, it will afford ethical guarantee to the establishment and on-going development of modern commercial economy.更多还原
