【摘要】 在信息化社会的今天,信息技术已经扩散到社会生活的各个领域,信息资源管理已经和市场营销、财务管理、人力资源管理、市场管理有着同样重要的功能。在知识信息社会里,知识信息对经济发展正发挥着主导作用,知识经济使工业经济由过去的“资本+劳动技能”转变为“知识信息+创造性”。在市场上的竞争实质是信息的竞争,谁掌握利用了大量有价值的信息,谁就掌握了市场的主动权,谁就能在市场竞争中取得胜利。实现信息化已成为企业生存与发展的决定因素,成为企业经营战略的重要内容。为此,对中国CBA俱乐部的信息资源管理现状这个目前比较空白的领域做了调查分析并提出相应的对策,以期对CBA俱乐部今后信息资源管理的发展提供一定的参考依据。主要研究结论:CBA俱乐部普遍意识到信息资源管理的重要性;CBA俱乐部普遍引入信息系统但信息系统的功能分布不合理;CBA俱乐部信息成本的投入不高,俱乐部信息成本结构不合理;CBA俱乐部普遍建设了网络,但网络的管理功能不完善;CBA俱乐部缺乏专业信息管理人才,人才流失现象严重;CBA俱乐部信息收集手段在传统的基础上也出现现代化的手段。更多还原
