三轴数控铣削加工图形仿真技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 数控加工是CAD/CAM技术中发挥效益最直接和最明显的环节之一。随着零件制造复杂程度的提高和数控加工技术的发展,数控加工程序的复杂性越来越高,因此对数控加工程序正确性验证的需求也越来越突出。数控加工图形仿真技术利用计算机图形显示来模拟实际加工过程,是验证数控加工程序正确性的有力工具之一。相比传统方法而言,该技术的应用降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。 作者在现有研究成果的基础上,对三轴数控铣削加工图形仿真技术的部分关键算法进行了研究,着重对图形仿真过程的几何表示和局部绘制等核心算法进行了设计或改进,并实现了基于这些算法的三轴数控铣削加工图形仿真系统。主要研究内容和成果概括如下: 1、建立了适用于三轴数控铣削加工图形仿真的几何模型。作者根据三轴数控铣削加工的特点,引入改进的Z-MAP方法对工件进行几何表示,并研究不同刀具类型切削段扫掠面的生成与工件模型切削计算的方法。 2、研究和实现了三轴数控铣削加工图形仿真过程的快速显示算法。为了解决由于图形计算量大而导致的显示效率低的问题,作者根据三轴数控铣削加工的特点并在充分研究OpenGL显示机制的基础上,设计了工件模型局部显示范围的快速定位算法,并应用模板缓存实现了图形仿真过程的快速显示。该算法大大减少了图形计算的数据量,在确保图形显示的真实感效果的前提下提高了显示速度。

【Abstract】 Among all the CAD/CAM technologies, Numerical Control (NC) Machining gives the most direct and obvious benefits. With the complexity of parts-manufacture upgrading and the techniques of NC machining developing, the NC machining programming becomes more and more complicated, so the validity for it becomes urgent. Graphics Simulation technology in NC machining is a powerful tool for validating NC machining programming, which using the computer graphical output to simulate the real machining process. Compared with the traditional methods, the application of this technology makes the cost lower and the efficiency higher in products manufacture.Based on the existing achievements, some research and amelioration were done on some pivotal algorithms which used in 3-axis NC milling machining graphical simulation, especially on the geometrical representation on NC graphics simulation process and part-redraw algorithm. Also a 3-axis milling numerical control graphical simulation prototype system is implemented based on these algorithms.All the research and achievement sums up as follows:1.A geometric model suitable for 3-axis milling NC machining graphical simulation system is established. Based on the feature of Z-MAP model and the 3-axis milling NC machining, a enhanced Z-MAP method is introduce to represent the workpiece,and formation of different cutter sweep plane together with calculation of workpiece model cutter is studied.2. A fast display algorithm for 3-axis NC milling machining graphical simulation is researched and realized. In order to balance the simulation velocity and simulation accuracy, after sufficiently research OpenGL display mechanism, based on the feature of 3-axis NC milling machining, fast location algorithm of workpiece model part display area is designed and the fast display of figure NC process based on the stencil buffer technique is implemented. The algorithm greatly lowers the time complexity and performs fast at very high simulation accuracy.
