【摘要】 高速公路的数量和质量代表了一个国家的发展水平，我国高速公路事业的迅速发展，使得人们对高速公路信息发布的要求也越来越高。为了方便公众出行，就需要将计算机和网络技术应用于高速公路的信息发布系统中，实现各种图形、地图、数据信息的统一和共享。 基于WebGIS的高速公路信息可视化系统是山东省高速公路有限公司为了满足人们对交通基础设施信息量不断增加的要求而设计的。它采用MapInfo公司的WebGIS平台MapXtreme，并且使用了目前较为先进的Java Applet构造方法，主要完成了以下几方面内容：(1) 以电子地图展示的方式，实现了将高速公路上反映道路畅通情况的可变限速标志进行网上发布的功能；(2) 实现了基于WebGIS的路线信息查询、公众出行信息服务的功能，为公众出行提供了方便；(3) 实现了基于WebGIS的车辆行驶流水费用明细查询功能，使高速公路收费更加透明详细；(4) 实现了互动交流论坛功能，为公众提供了一个能够向高速公路管理部门反映高速公路各项问题的平台；(5) 实现了高速公路管理部门的公文发布系统，为无纸化办公奠定了基础；(6)通过对收费总中心的数据整合实现了高速公路的内部业务数据共享和数据报表查询的功能。 利用WebGIS技术开发高速公路信息可视化系统，可以提高系统的运行效率，增强大量空间数据和属性数据的处理能力，同时克服了基于传统模式开发该系统的弊端，必将成为今后GIS开发的主流方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantity and the quality of high ways represent the development of a country. As this business in our country develops rapidly, people want to know more information about the high way.For the convenience of people outing,we should apply the technology of computer and internet to the system of highway information announcement by unifying and sharing all kinds of graphs,figures and maps.Shandong Highway Limited Company designs the highway information visual system that is based on WebGIS,which is to satisfy the requirements of increasing information about the basic facilities of transportation. It adopts the MapInfo Company’s MapXtreme and uses the present advanced Java Applet forming methods, completed following several aspects contents:(i)Realized the function of display the changeable speed limit sign on the Internet which inflects the blocked situation in highway by showing electric map;(ii)Realized the functions of route information inquire and public outing information service based on WebGIS,which provides facilitates for the public;(iii)Realized the function of driving expense list based on WebGIS which caused the highway charge to be transparent and detailed;(iv)Realized the function of mutual-conversation forum,which gives the public a terrace through that people can reflect all kinds of problems about the highway to the manage department;(v)Realized the function of archives issuing system in highway manage department,which establishes the foundation for the no-paper work;(vi)According to conformity the data in charge center,realized the function of inner business data sharing and inner data report inquire.Develops the highway information visual system using the WebGIS technology can enhance the system the operating efficiency,strengthen the massive spatial data and attribute data handling ability.
