南京市普通高中优质教育资源扩大问题研究

【摘要】 随着我国步入全面小康社会，广大人民群众要求让子女接受优质教育资源的呼声日益强烈，优质高中教育的扩大建设已成为我国社会关注的热点问题。 然而，目前我国在这方面的研究还比较薄弱。优质教育资源的内涵是什么?优质教育资源的如何内涵式发展?如何能够有效的扩大高中阶段的优质教育资源满足人民群众的要求?这都有待于从理论和实践的层面上加以研究与探索，以推动教育改革实践。 本文首先从优质教育资源概念的界定、扩大高中优质教育资源的迫切性分析入手，提出了扩大优质教育资源的必要性。并对优质教育资源的界定进行了着重解释。其次，论述了南京市教育投资改革扩大优质教育资源的可行性、现实意义策略性。文章第三部分对南京市的教育现状进行了分析、概括，在第四部分，选取了南京师范大学附中、南京外国语学校仙林分校为普高优质资源扩大个案，进行了调查研究，调查内容包括对扩大教育资源后的效果、存在问题分析，在此基础上，提出了南京市今后的优质教育的扩大方式提出了一些对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the entry into the affluent society, the public’s cries for quality education of their children become more and more loudly.However .researches on quality education are quite poor in China .That what the quality education is ,how we should develop it and how we are able to effectively richen it in the senior high school to meet people’s needs , need much more research and exploration in theory and practice to promote practice of educational reforms .First, this thesis puts forwards that we should enrich it ,at the same time, gives a new definition ,after giving some definitions of high-quality educational resources and analysizing the imperative of enriching it in the senior high school;Second,it discusses the feasibility .tactic and effectiveness of richening quality education through reform of educational investment in Nanjing ;The third part describes today’s educational development in Nanjing;The fourth part takes the attached middle school to Nanjing normal university and Xianlin branch compus of Nanjing foreign-language school as an example to carries out a survey .which includes effctiveness after expanding investment and its problems;And then in the last part,according to this survey.it puts forward some suggestions and solutions on its methods of development tomorrow.更多还原
