井下排水系统的监测与控制研究

【摘要】 煤炭行业是我国的支柱产业。煤矿井下排水设备对保证矿井正常生产起着重要的作用。随着煤炭行业高产高效的发展,井下排水问题更成为制约煤炭生产的关键因素。 目前国内矿井的排水系统多采用传统的人工进行监测,人工加继电器进行控制的方法。传统方法控制线路复杂,设备运行的自动化程度低,可靠性相对较差,工人劳动强度大,排水系统应急能力不足,存在一定的安全隐患,不适应煤炭工业发展的需要。本文设计了井下排水系统的监测与控制系统,并提出利用上位机实现地面监控的网络与采用PLC(可编程控制器)构建成的就地控制系统与地面监控相结合的方式,弥补了传统继电器控制的种种缺陷与不足,提高了工作可靠性和稳定性,具有使用寿命长、维护方便可以实现远距离监控的特点。同时使得在全矿务局同时进行各泵房运行状况查询和在全矿务局内各泵房的危险报警都成为可能。 据某矿井下实际情况,本文首先对各种排水形式和相关设备进行了分析和比较,最后选择其中应用较为广泛的一种排水系统形式作为典型,展开分析和论证,同时根据排水控制的要求,进行自动控制和远程通讯方面的设计。
【Abstract】 Coal trade is the pillar industry of our country. The sewerage located in the mine is very important for the normal production. In company with the high-output and high-efficiency development of the coal industry, the security of the mine become the key factors that restrict the production.At present, the most mine drainage devices in inland are controlled traditionally by relays, operated by people, and the states of the devices are watching by man, too. This method, controlling drain-system, are composed by complex circuitry, which have many faults, such as: low automatization extent, poor reliability, weakly quick respond ability, and this status is not match the pace of the coal industry. In this thesis, based on the correlative theory, one set of far-ranging watch and control auto-drainage-system is designed, which is consisted by far-ranging watch and control network and local control system, whose core is PLC(Program Logic Controller).
