钢铁连铸—连轧生产知识网系统及模型研究

【摘要】 我国连铸—连轧起步较晚,目前仍处于炼钢—轧钢一体化研发阶段,由于炼钢工序和轧钢工序在性质上有较大差异,从而导致了炼钢和轧钢两大工序在协调、衔接方面存在严重的“不同步”性。本文钢铁连铸—连轧生产知识网系统及模型研究围绕其生产计划的优化与协助生产调度决策而抽象出数学模型,采用遗传算法快捷地对生产过程中的干扰因素做出决策,对生产计划进行优化和及时调度,辅助钢铁企业生产与管理,增强企业的应变能力和竞争能力。本论文从钢铁生产特点入手,分析目前钢铁企业状况和发展态势,根据钢铁连铸—连轧生产的形式和特点,阐述了连铸—连轧生产的发展方向。通过分析钢铁连铸—连轧生产的工艺流程,并根据其特点和衔接要求进行约束分析,建立了连铸—连轧生产计划分派模型,最优炉次生产计划的简化模型,最优浇次生产计划的简化模型,热轧轧制计划中最优二次处理计划等相关的数学模型。针对连铸—连轧生产约束的特殊性、问题的复杂性,结合遗传算法,给出了采用遗传算法求解的流程图和具体求解代码与分析过程、结果。分析了目前国内外连铸—连轧一体化生产与管理的现状与发展趋势,并对钢铁连铸—连轧生产一体化进行了探索。分析了连铸—连轧信息流模型,并根据钢厂生产流程运行过程中的“推力”-“缓冲活套”-“拉力”解析,得出连铸—连轧生产知识网系统中生产计划、调度的逻辑框图,给出了连铸—连轧生产知识网系统模型,轧制作业排程流程图。钢铁连铸—连轧生产知识网系统利用动态网ASP技术采用B/S模式三层结构,其后台采用SQL Server2000数据库支撑,针对钢铁企业生产多品种、小批量而且连铸—连轧生产要求流程衔接和响应快捷的特点,连铸—连轧生产知识网系统跟数据库连接交互数据时采用数据存储过程处理,在调用嵌入的相关数学模型进行求解时使用遗传算法解决了一些实际的问题。

【Abstract】 Continuous casting-continuous rolling (CC-CR) is at the stage of researching and developing in our country while in others is developed. Since there are greater differences on nature in between steel-making process and process of steeling rolling, thus serious different steps have existed in conformity and harmonization between the two processing. In this paper, the mathematics models were firstly drawn out for optimizing production schedule and assisting production scheduling, then decisions were made by genetic algorithm (GA) while some impacts happened in the processing to optimize the planning and assist to schedule producing in order to improve the capacities to compete and reply.Starting with from steel producing characteristic in this thesis, the things of iron and steel enterprise and developing state at present was analyzed, and according to the form and characteristic of CC-CR that CC-CR is to the mainstream of cast rolling and producing to iron and steel enterprises in the future was pointed out on the base of the current situations and development trends to CC-CR managing and producing integrated at home and abroad.The technological process of CC-CR was analyzed and some constraints were summed up according to the sequence and technological requirement of continuous casting and continuous rolling, and then on the base some mathematic model were built such as the production schedule model which meets the production contract, simplified model of production schedule to optimum stove, simplified model of production schedule to optimum casting, the production schedule model which works out optimum texture of steel products in hot rolling plan of production schedule, etc.Standing on the current situations and development trends to CC-CR produce and management integrated at home and abroad, how to integrate better CC-CR was explored and studied, and the CC-CR information flow model was put forward. On the base of analyzing the pull-buffer-thrust in the steel-making course, planning and scheduling logic diagram to the system of knowledge webs on CC-CR producing was drawn out, and the structure chart to assist producing by the computer was provided, and the flow chart to select the produce mode, the flow chart to schedule the steel rolling producing and the block diagram for overhauling and arranging integrated were given.The system of knowledge webs on CC-CR producing was three layers of structure of B/S mode by the dynamic network ASP technology, and its database was used SQL Server 2000 database to support. Considering many varieties, little batch in customer’s contacts and the link-up and swiftness of response to the procedure, the system of knowledge webs on CC-CR producing was adopted the storing data process technology to deal with while joining the mutual data with the database in succession and also use GA to solve some real Non-Polynomial problems when transfer the relevant mathematics model imbedded and ask solving.
