建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着建筑幕墙行业的发展,各种复杂形态的幕墙结构相继出现,使得传统分析计算方法已难以满足工程应用分析的需求,而现有结构辅助分析软件的行业针对性不强,用户学习周期较长,对与CAD集成、工程建模及其后处理等缺乏较好支持,这给工程应用分析人员带来了不少麻烦。本文从建筑幕墙结构特点出发,围绕建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析需求,对建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析系统及其关键实现技术作了较为深入的研究,并开发了适合建筑幕墙结构分析的专用辅助工程分析软件。本文首先在分析了国内外同类软件发展现状的基础上,针对建筑幕墙结构特点及其计算机辅助工程分析需求,基于AutoCAD图形处理平台,提出了一种四层体系结构的建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析系统总体方案。然后针对建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程系统所涉及的与有限元分析相关的稀疏矩阵存储及求解技术、系统参数化设计技术以及工程建模技术等关键技术进行了较深入的研究。在分析了有限元分析中的总刚度矩阵性质及其存取运算特征之后,给出了一种带列压缩存储索引的链式行压缩存储算法,提高了总刚度矩阵元素的存储及访问效率。基于建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析系统,建立了一套适合建筑幕墙结构分析的参数化设计语言W-SPDL,并提出了一种开放性W-SPDL宏处理器体系结构,提高了系统综合性能,并为基于系统进行二次开发、批命令处理、结构分析参数化设计以及简化用户操作流程等提供了支持。基于建筑幕墙结构工程模型特征分析基础之上,总结了工程建模的基本原理,并给出了一种参数化建模与矢量图形识别建模相结合的建筑幕墙结构可视化工程建模方法,提高了工程应用分析的前置处理效率,扩充了系统的工程应用面。最后,在以上关键技术的研究基础之上,以AutoCAD作为图形处理平台,开发了建筑幕墙结构计算机辅助工程分析系统,并将其成功应用于多家企业,取得了较好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 With the development of construction curtain wall, many kinds of complex curtain wall structures come forth one after the other, which makes the traditional structure analysis methods cannot meet the needs of engineer application analysis any more. However, the computer aided engineering (CAE) software available for structure analysis do not fit the curtain wall structure analysis well, thus they often need a long-term user learning cycle. What’s more, they lack the ability to integrate with CAD, support engineering modeling and engineering post-processing, which troubles the engineering application analysts a lot. This paper analyzed the features of the curtain wall structure and the needs of CAE for construction curtain wall structure analysis. Based on the studies on the CAE system for curtain wall structure analysis and its core technologies, a professional CAE software special for the construction curtain wall structure analysis is developed.First, based on the analysis of the CAE software available and CAE needs for construction curtain wall structure analysis, this paper put forward a 4-layer software architecture blue print for curtain wall structure analysis CAE system with AutoCAD as the graphics-processing platform.Second, this paper studied the core technologies for developing the CAE system for construction curtain wall, such as sparse matrix storage and processor for FEA, parametric design and engineering modeling and so on. After analyzing the features of total rigidity matrix and its operation of the finite element analysis, it presented a kind of Linked Compressed Row Storage with column storage index format, which improved the efficiency of both the storage and its operation of total rigidity matrix. Based on CAE system for construction curtain wall structure analysis, it presented a kind of parametric design language W-SPDL and the architecture of its processor especially for construction curtain wall structure analysis, which can greatly enhance compound features of the system. It is also helpful to further developing for the system, batch commands processing, parametric design of structure analysis and simplifying the operation flows. Based on the analysis of the features of the engineering model for construction curtain wall structures, this paper summarized the fundamental principles of engineering modeling and presented a visual engineering modeling method, which combine parametric modeling with vector-graph recognition modeling together.
