盐酸黄连素水悬剂的配制及应用技术研究

【摘要】 悬浮剂以其在药效、安全、经济等方面综合性能明显优于传统剂型的特点而成为倍受人们青睐的发展中的新剂型。本文研究了新型植物源农药—盐酸黄连素水悬剂,并用研制的制剂进行了生物活性测定及应用技术研究,得到结果如下: 1、用流点法和HLB值法,筛选出了润湿分散剂。 2、成功配制出20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂系列制剂,并确定了加工工艺。 (1)20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂1号的配方:22g盐酸黄连素+1g聚丙烯酸钠+1g硅藻土+1g白碳黑+1g膨润土+0.5gCMC+15ml甲醇+10ml乙腈+5ml乙二醇+5ml 1号乳化剂+水 (2)20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂2号的配方:22g盐酸黄连素+1g聚丙烯酸钠+1g硅藻土+1g白碳黑+1g膨润土+0.5gCMC+15ml甲醇+10ml乙腈+5ml乙二醇+5ml 2号乳化剂+水 (3)20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号的配方为:22g盐酸黄连素+1g聚丙烯酸钠+1g白碳黑+15ml甲醇+10ml乙腈+5ml乙二醇+5ml 3号乳化剂+1ml丙二醇+0.5ml高渗剂+热水 产品为黄色的均相液体,与水以任何比例混合,无油状物悬浮或固体沉淀。 3、生物活性测定结果表明,20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号活性高。 盐酸黄连素水悬剂对蚜虫较强的触杀作用:20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号500倍液,96h的死亡率高达92.5%,校正死亡率达91.89%。拒食作用测定结果表明,20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号对蚜虫具有较高的拒食活性,500倍液在24h后拒食效果为75%。 20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号对半夏立枯丝核菌的抑制活性较强,400、800倍液的抑制率分别为82.14%,57.14%;20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号对白术根腐菌的抑制活性较强,400、800倍液的抑制率分别为87.50%,65.95%;20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号对水稻稻瘟菌的抑制活性较强,400、800倍液的抑制率分别为99.52%,82.02%。 4、盆栽试验结果表明,20%盐酸黄连素水悬剂3号对苗稻瘟病有保护作用和治疗作用。500倍液的保护效果和治疗效果分别为85.5%、82.5%,与40%富

【Abstract】 Suspension concentrate( SC )has become a newly developing pesticide formulation, which people favor due to its characteristics of efficacy, security, economy obviously superior to the traditional pesticide formulation. In this paper, bioactivity and application technique of a new botanic pesticide-berberine chloride suspension concentrate was studied. The results were as follows:1. The moist dispersing agent was screened with the flow point method and the HLB value method.2. The series preparations of 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate were successfully confected. Their processing craft was also determined.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.1: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g diatomite + 1g white carbon black + 1g Bentonite+ 0.5g CMC +15ml methyl alcohol+10ml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.1 emulsifier +water.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.2: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g diatomite + 1g white carbon black + 1g Bentonite+ 0.5g CMC +15ml methyl alcohol+10ml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.2 emulsifier +water.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g white carbon black + 15ml methyl alcohol+lOml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.3 emulsifier +lml dipropylene glycol+0.5ml Penetrating agent.+hot water.Product is yellow liquid, and it can mix with water without oil-shape suspension.3. 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 had high bioactivity.20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate to B. brassicae had better touch-kill activity. The death rate and emendation death rate of 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 of 500 times was 92.5% and 91.89%,respectively,after treatment of 96h.The results of antifeed mensuration suggest that 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 of 500 times had better antifeed activity to B. brassicae.
